السلام عليكم ورحمة الله و بركاته ..
سأبدأ موضوعي هذا بمقولة كلنا يعرفها و هي لأحد كبار الصحابة رضوان الله عليهم الفاروق عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه و أرضاه ...لو أن بغلة في العراق تعثَّرت لخفت أن أسأل عنها .. لِمَ لَمْ أسوِّ لها الطريق..الذي جعلني أتذكر هده المقولة هو ما تعانيه بلدية باش جراح ..حيث قررت البلدية اعادة تهيئة الأرصفة مع بداية الانتخابات الفارطة فقاموا بنزع و حفر كل الأرصفة باستعمال الآلات و المعدات اللازمة لذلك ..مالذي حدث بعدها ..أصبح هناك طريق للسيارات بدون رصيف للراجلين أي أن المشروع توقف لأسباب كالعادة تبقى مجهولة بالنسبة للمواطن ..و نظرا لتغير حالة الطقس و الأمطار التي تشهدها البلاد هذه الأيام ..أصبحنا نفكرفي استبدال بطاقاتنا الخضراء ببطاقات رمادية أي carte grise ..حتى يتنسى لنا السير مع السيارات خوفا من دفع غرامة مالية في حالة ما شوهد الشخص يمشي جنبا لجنب مع السيارات .. و السبب هو تراكم الوحل و البرك المائية بسبب الحفريات ..و مازاد الطين بلة هو المتمدرسين في الابتدائي و المتوسطة و حتى الثانوي الدين اضطروا كذلك الى السير حنبا لجنب مع السيارات ..و هدا ما يشكل خطرا على حياتهم خاصة الأطفال الصغار ..فما الذي يتنضره السي مخلوف البومباردي و جماعته من اتمام تهيئة الأرصفة ؟؟ ..لماذا لا يتدبرون في مقولة عمر رضي الله عنه و هو الذي بشره النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم بالجنة أم أننا في نظرهم أقل شأنا من البغال ؟؟..أم أنهم ينتظرون حتى يصاب أحد الأطفال أو المواطنين و هم يسيرون حنبا لجنب مع السيارات ..أو ربما حتى الانخابات القادمة ..؟؟

وددت لو أنني وضعت صور للحالة المزرية و لكن كما يعلم الجميع ..عندي هاتف حطبة لا يحتوي على آلة تصوير ..ما جعلني أفكر في استبداله :5:

أصلا لو كان لهم ضمير و احساس بروح بالمسؤولية لما تقاتلوا من أجل المناصب ..بارك الله فيك أختي اخلاص

تعاملت مع مجموعة من رؤساء البلديات تم تنصيبهم مؤخرا فقط .
لكن للاسف الشديد همهم الوحيد هو البزنسة على حساب الشعب .
انهم لا يفكرون في الطريق او المدرسة او الماء ولكنهم يفكرون في كيفية تقاسم اموال الشعب مع الفورنيسور والمقاول فقط .
لا يهم اصلاح الاقسام الدراسية او ترميم الطرقات وانما المهم في نظرهم هو سرقة اكبر نسبة ممكنة من الميزانية طيلة العهدة الانتخابية .
