كشف النائب العام لدى مجلس قضاء الجزائر الأحد عن فتح تحقيق قضائي في قضية فساد بشركة المحروقات "سوناطراك" المملوكة للحكومة، تخص رشى قدمتها شركة إيني الإيطالية وفروعها لجهات في الشركة مقابل تسهيلات لمنح صفقات للمجموعة.

وقال النائب العام بلقاسم زغماتي -في بيان- إن تحقيقا قضائيا في إطار ما يسمى بقضية "سوناطراك 2" سبق أن فُتح بالقطب الجزائي المتخصص بمحكمة سيدي محمد.

وأشار إلى أن المعلومات التي تداولتها بعض الصحف الوطنية والأجنبية بخصوص "تورط شخصيات جزائرية في وقائع ذات طابع جزائي متصلة بمجال الفساد أثناء توليها لمسؤوليات بأجهزة الدولة، لها علاقة بما يسمى قضية سوناطراك 2.

وأوضح النائب العام أن هذه الوقائع ذات صلة بالتحقيق القضائي المفتوح بالقطب الجزائي المتخصص بسيدي محمد.

وأضاف أن نيابة الجمهورية لدى القطب الجزائي المتخصص لمحكمة سيدي محمد تقدمت يوم الأحد بالتماسات إضافية لقاضي التحقيق المخطر بالملف، لتوسيع مجال التحريات ليشمل ما تضمنته هذه المعلومات من عناصر جديدة تناولتها الصحافة.

وكانت تقارير أشارت إلى تورط شركة "إيني" الإيطالية وفرعها "سايبام"، إلى جانب وزير الطاقة الجزائري السابق شكيب خليل ومساعديه المشتبه بتلقيهم رشى وعمولات تقدر بـ256 مليون دولار، مقابل تسهيلات في منح صفقات للمجموعة الإيطالية.

وكان المدير العام للمجموعة الإيطالية العملاقة إيني باولو سكاروني نفى الخميس أي تورط له في قضية فساد في الجزائر تقوم النيابة في ميلانو بالتحقيق حولها، وذلك بعد الإعلان عن فتح تحقيق ضده وضد المجموعة أيضا.

وقال بيان للمجموعة إن "إيني تأخذ علما بأن تحقيق نيابة ميلانو حول أنشطة سايبم في الجزائر توسعت لتشمل إيني ومديرها العام". وأضاف أن "إيني ومديرها العام يجهلان تماما الغرض من هذا التحقيق.

وأجرت الضابطة المالية الخميس الماضي عمليات تفتيش في مقار إيني وسايبم ومنزل سكاروني في ميلانو.

ويخضع ثمانية أشخاص في الإجمال للتحقيق، وفقا لوسائل الإعلام الإيطالية.

وبحسب وسائل الإعلام الإيطالية -نقلا عن مصادر قضائية- فإنه يشتبه في أن سكاروني شارك في لقاء واحد على الأقل في باريس بهدف الحصول على سوق تقدر بـ11 مليار دولار لشركة سايبم مع مجموعة سوناطراك الجزائرية. ولهذا الغرض، دفعت عمولة سرية بقيمة 197 مليون يورو عبر وسيط إلى مسؤولين جزائريين كبار.

ويتعلق التحقيق أساسا بفرع إيني الوحيد، مجموعة الهندسة والاستكشاف النفطي "سايبم"، الذي تملك 42,93% منه.

ومن بين أكبر العقود التي يشملها التحقيق: العقد الخاص بمشروع أنبوب الغاز (كي جي3) الذي فازت به سايبم وتبلغ قيمته 580 مليون دولار.المصدر: وكالات
