أبلغت،* ‬أمس،* ‬وزارة* ‬الداخلية* ‬عن* ‬طريق* ‬والي* ‬العاصمة* ‬رسميا* ‬مؤسسي* "‬جبهة* ‬الصحوة* ‬الحرة*" ‬السلفي* ‬رفضها* ‬الترخيص* ‬لعقد* ‬الجلسة* ‬التأسيسية* ‬للحزب* ‬والتي* ‬كانت* ‬مقررة* ‬غدا* ‬السبت* ‬دون* ‬أن* ‬تقدم* ‬لهم* ‬أسباب* ‬القرار*.‬

وأكد الشيخ عبد الفتاح زراوي حمداش زعيم جبهة الصحوة الحرة للشروق أن والي العاصمة "وبعد عشرة أيام كاملة من المماطلة في الرد على طلبنا بالترخيص لجلسة تأسيسية للحزب يوم السبت لكنهم في الأخير وقبل ساعات من الموعد أخبرونا برفض الطلب".

وجاء في نص قرار والي العاصمة حسب نفس المصدر "ردا على تصريحكم المودع بتاريخ 03 ـ فبراير 2013م، المتعلق بعقد اجتماع عمومي، موضوعه عقد جمعية تأسيسية، في إطار تأسيس حزب سياسي "جبهة الصحوة الحرة" يوم 16 فبراير 2013 م، بقاعة سينما المتيجة ببلدية الجزائر الوسطى، من* ‬الساعة* ‬16*.‬00* ‬إلى* ‬غاية* ‬18*.‬00* ‬يشرفني* ‬أن* ‬أعلمكم* ‬بأن* ‬مصالحي* ‬تبدي* ‬رأيا* ‬بعدم* ‬الموافقة* ‬على* ‬عقد* ‬هذا* ‬الاجتماع* ‬العمومي*".‬

وقال الشيخ حمداش "نحن تفاجأنا للرفض لأن ملفنا استوفى كل الشروط القانونية ونرى أن الأمر فيه بصمة أمنية خارجة عن القانون"، وأضاف "وقد حاولنا الحصول على تفسيرات من مسؤولي ولاية العاصمة عن سبب الرفض قالوا لنا لا نعلم شيئا ولا نملك تعليقا على الأمر".

وكانت* ‬ولاية* ‬الجزائر* ‬العاصمة* ‬قد* ‬أبلغت* ‬مؤسسي* ‬الحزب* ‬منذ* ‬أيام* ‬أن* ‬طلب* ‬الترخيص* ‬لعقد* ‬هذه* ‬الجلسة* ‬يتجاوز* ‬مسؤولياتها* ‬وقد* ‬تم* ‬رفعه* ‬لوزارة* ‬الداخلية* ‬للبت* ‬فيه* ‬لكن* ‬قرار* ‬الرفض* ‬صدر* ‬من* ‬مصالح* ‬الولاية* ‬نفسها*.‬

واستغرب المتحدث ما يتعرض له الحزب في بداية تأسيسه من عراقيل كما قال "حيث أن طلب الإعتماد قدم منذ قرابة الشهر والنصف ثم طلب منا عقد جلسة تأسيسية لشرح أهدافه، وبعدها المؤتمر التأسيسي بحضور ممثلين عن أكثر من ثلاثين ولاية لكن في أول خطوة تم رفض الترخيص لنا".

وبشأن رد فعل أصحاب المشروع على هذا الرفض يقول الشيخ زراوي حمداش "سنطلب مقابلة والي العاصمة ووزير الداخلية أو من ينوب عنه للإستفسار عن أسباب الرفض وإن استمر الوضع على ما هو عليه سننظم اعتصاما أمام مقري ولاية الجزائر ووزارة الداخلية للمطالبة بحقنا في النشاط السياسي* ‬كجزائريين* ‬لأننا* ‬نعتبر* ‬القرار* ‬إقصاء* ‬في* ‬حقنا*".‬

من حقها و شكر لوزارة الداخلية لان احزاب تؤسس على اساس ديني اكبر فبركة اعلامية لهم الاجدر بهم ان يبقو في الجانب التربوي لان السياسة و الديمقراطية حرام و هم اهل تقوى و فلاح و لهم صكوك الغفران فحرام تتنجس ايدهم و السنتهم بالفسق و العصين و الكدب و النفاق

السلام عليكم
مع أنني ضد منع تأسيس حزب للسلفيين، لأنه لا يعقل أن يرخص للشيوعي والعلماني....ويحرم ذوي التوجه الديني.
لكن من أين لهم طلب تأسيس حزب وهم من يقولون بحرمة التشبه بالغرب الكافر وتحريم الإسلام للتحزب.....
أأسلم الغرب؟
أم أنزل عليهم إسلام غير الإسلام يقول بشرعية التحزب؟؟؟

في دستور 89 فيه مادة صريحة تمنع تأسيس أحزاب على أساس عرقي أو ديني ، وإمكانية التمويه بالنوايا أمر وارد ، فظهرت ( جبهة الإنقاذ ) وظهر ( الأرسيدي ) .
بأسماء لا تعبر عن مخبرها الحقيقي ، وكان ماكان .......يا زمان ....
يعني يمكن للسلفيين التمويه من جديد لتأسيس حزبهم ، فهذا من حقهم .
فليدوسوا على أصول الإسلام بأنفسهم .... لأن نبل الدين وقداسته- في تقديري- تشوهه السياسة ، فعثرات السلفيين السياسية ستحسب حتما عثرات للإسلام .
