السلام عليكم ورحمة الله تعالى وبركاته
يبدو أننا نهلل ودائما بالقول ان القرآن الكريم صالح لكل زمان ومكان
الا ان هذه الحقيقة لا تجد من يعمل بها فعلا لا قولا
فكيف لنا عدم استغلال الطريقة التي أوحى بها الله تعالى لنبيه سيدنا يوسف عليه السلام عندما مرت عليهم سبع سنين كاملة من القحط
وذلك عند قول الله تعالى "فذروه في سنبله
وهاذا يعني والله أعلم عدم الشروع في عملية الدرس "يعني الحصاد فقط.
لماذا لا تعمل الوزارة على اسغلال البحبوحة المالية للدولة بانجاز مخازن كبرى لتخزين السنبلات

ان هاته النتيجة بامكانها الاحتفاظ بهاته المادة المهمة في حياة كل انسان على وجه الأرض منذ وجوده
والله والله والله
لو الدولة تنجز مائة خزان ضخم جدا

والشروع بالتخزين لمدة 07سنوات فقط
يكفينا الحاجة للاستيراد لمدة كبيرة جدا.
أنا أقسمت بالله ثلاثا لأن هذا أمر من الله وهو صالح لكل وقت وليست من أفكاري.
فإلى متى الجزائر تحت رحمة البترول.

قد يأتي اليوم الذي تكون الجزائر فيه أول دولة مصدرة للقمح
للإشارة استغلال الزراعة في الصحراء له فائدة من خلال عملية الحصاد مرتين في السنة
وهي الطريقة التي قامت بها امريكا والسعودية لشساعة مساحتها
فلم لا نستغلها نحن.

تصور دولة ليس لها برنامج تطبقه.
تصور دولة تترك سهول هي في الحقيقة أكبر أهمية من البترول و الثروات الباطنية عرضة لهجوم الإسمنت في صمت قريب من التواطؤ.
تصور دولة تحطم كل صناعاتها مقابل تشجيع الإستراد.
تصور كل ما يسقط مفهوم دراسة إستراتيجية و طبقه على .....العرب عموما و لنقل الجزائر خصوصا.
