بعض أحكام الصلاة على لكرسي

بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته


مما يعلمه الجميع أن القيام والركوع والسجود من أركان الصلاة فمن استطاع فعلها وجب عليه فعلها على هيئتها الشرعية ومن عجز عنها لمرضٍ أو كبر سنٍّ فله أن يجلس على الأرض أو على كرسي
قال تعالى : ( حَافِظُوا عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ وَالصَّلاةِ الْوُسْطَى وَقُومُوا لِلَّهِ قَانِتِينَ ) البقرة/238 .

وعن عمران بن حصين رضي الله عنه قال : كانت بي بواسير فسألت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عن الصلاة فقال : ( صَلِّ قَائِمًا ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَسْتَطِعْ فَقَاعِدًا ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَسْتَطِعْ فَعَلَى جَنْبٍ ) . رواه البخاري ( 1066 )
قال ابن قدامة المقدسي :
أجمع أهل العلم على أن من لا يطيق القيام له أن يصلي جالساً .
" المغني " ( 1 / 443 ) .

وقال النووي :

أجمعت الأمة على أن من عجز عن القيام في الفريضة صلاها قاعداً ولا إعادة عليه ، قال أصحابنا : ولا ينقص ثوابه عن ثوابه في حال القيام ؛ لأنه معذور ، وقد ثبت في صحيح البخاري أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : ( إِذَا مَرِضَ الْعَبْدُ أَوْ سَافَرَ كُتِبَ لَهُ مَا كَانَ يَعْمَلُ مُقِيمًا صَحِيحًا ) .
" المجموع " ( 4 / 226 ) .

لكن مشكلتنا أن الكثير من الدين يصلون على الكراسي في مساجدنا يجهلون الكثير عن أحكام هده الصلاة لقلة تكلم العلماء و الخطباء عنها رغم أن الصلاة عمود الإسلام و الركن الركين بعد الشهادتين و على صحتها تتوقف صحة أعمالنا
سأنقل للدين أضطرتهم الظروف الصحية الاعتماد على هده الطريقة في الصلاة بعض الأحكام التي يجب أن تؤخد للحفاظ على صحة صلاتهم ولقد وجدت مطوية تلخصها بالصورأرجو أن
تستفيدوا وتفيدوا بها

بارك الله فيك اختي مسلمة و في صاحب المطوية...
أردت الاشارة لى امر مهم و هو ان الشائع عند اغلب المستعملين للكراسي
هم من العاجزين على السجود و القيام منه بصعوبة كبيرة...و في حالات اخرى يعجزون عن الركوع و السجود معا..
و تجد ان كثيرين منهم يصلون كل صلواتهم قعودا من بدايتها لنهايتها...
لذلك عليهم ان يدركوا بان النية وتكبيرة الإحرام والقيام لها و قراءة الفاتحة و القيام لها هي من أركان الصلاة لذلك عليهم القيام خلالها...
و هو ما توضحه الصورتين الثانية و الثالثة...

امي حفظها الله بسبب المرض لا تستطيع الا الصلاة على الكرسي و هذا بامر من الطبيب ايضا الذي حذرها من طي الركبتين و نصحها بالصلاة على الكرسي
الا ان امي تصلي على سريرها ايضا الذي توجهه للقبلة و تستعمل الوسادة لتفادي الام ظهرها

فهل هنا ايضا تكون صلاتها خاطئة؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

تنبيه مع تأييد: القيام لتكبيرة الاحرام واجب مع القدرة يعني الشخص الذي لا يمكنه القيام فلا باس بالتكبير جالسا.

و ذلك ما قصدته ايضا بارك الله فيك على التنبيه و التوضيح و نفس الحكم بالنسبة لقراءة الفاتحة..
أي ان القيام فرض من فرائض الصلاة في تكبيرة الاحرام و قراءة الفاتحة فقط فان لم يقدر يجوز له الجلوس..

اذا كان بامكان الوالدة الوقوف لتكبيرة الاحرام و قراءة الفاتحة فيجب عليها القيام لهما لان القيام من أركان الصلاة...
فان كانت لا تتحمل الوقوف زمن تكبيرة الاحرام و قراءة الفاتحة فلتصلي جالسة و الله أعلى أعلم...
