خطة إسرائلية لإقامة منطقة عازلة وآمنة داخل الأراضي السورية

الجيش الإسرائيلي قدم لنتنياهو خطة لإقامة منطقة عازلة وآمنة داخل الأراضي السورية على مساحة 16كيلومترا على غرار الجنوب اللبناني
في إطار التصعيد الإسرائيلي ضد سوريا وتلويح رئيس الوزراء في الدولة العبرية، بنيامين نتنياهو، بالتدخل العسكري ضد بلاد الشام، بهدف منعها من تزويد الأسلحة المسماة إسرائيليًا مُخلةً بالتوازن الإستراتيجي لمنظمة حزب الله اللبنانية، كشف أحد المقربين للغاية من وزير الأمن الإسرائيلي إيهود باراك وأحد القريبين مما يدور في وزارة الأمن، النقاب عن أن رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو أوفد وباتفاق مع وزير الأمن باراك رئيس مجلس الأمن القومي، الجنرال في الاحتياط يعقوف عميدرور إلى العاصمة الأمريكية واشنطن لإجراء سلسلة من اللقاءات مع مستشار الأمن القومي الأمريكي ومع رئيس وكالة الاستخبارات المركزية الأمريكية جو برنان ومع وزير الدفاع الأمريكي الجديد تشوك هيغل.
وحسب هذا المصدر، فإن عميدرور سيقوم بالتوضيح للمسؤولين الأمريكيين قرار القيادة السياسية والأمنية الإسرائيلية بفرض حظر جوي فوق الأجواء السورية واللبنانية وعلى مدى مدار الساعة، رغم أن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية كانت تعلم بخلفية هذا القرار وأنها شجعته وحبذته حسب ما كشف عنه أحد الخبراء في الشؤون العسكرية الأمريكية من واشنطن.
وأضاف المصدر الإسرائيلي إن مستشار الأمن القومي الإسرائيلي سيعرض أيضا مقترحًا إسرائيليا على الجانب الأمريكي ليتحول إلى رسالة تحال إلى الحكومة التركية من أجل اتخاذ خطوة مماثلة بفرض حظر جوي على حدودها مع سوريا بحيث يحظر على سلاح الجو السوري أو منظومات الأسلحة أن تتواجد على مسافة معينة من الجانب الآخر من الحدود السورية .
وتابعت المصادر عينها أنه بعد أنْ ينتهي من محادثاته مع كبار المسؤولين في الإدارة الأمريكية سيتوجه إلى كل من بريطانيا وفرنسا ويحمل نفس الرسالة، وأكدت المصادر في تل أبيب أن كلاً من فرنسا وبريطانيا تؤيدان هذا الإجراء الإسرائيلي، وتعتبران أنه جاء متأخرًا من أجل الضغط على نظام الرئيس بشار الأسد لإضعاف مكانته ومركزه في الداخل وقدرته على الصمود لفترة أطول .
ووفقًا لما دأب وزير الأمن الإسرائيلي إيهود باراك على ترديده في الأيام الأخيرة ومنذ الهجوم على المجمع العسكري السوري في جمرايا فإن هذه الخطوة، أي الهجوم على المجمع ثم الحظر الجوي هما مجرد إجراءين ضمن سلسلة أخرى من الإجراءات والخطوات المتوقعة في المستقبل في نطاق تصعيد الدور الإسرائيلي في التدخل في الأزمة السورية وكذلك في المواجهة ضد حزب الله وبالتالي تصعيد المواجهة مع إيران.
وأوضحت المصادر أن هذه الإستراتيجية الإسرائيلية تدخل في نطاق إستراتيجية منسقة مع الولايات المتحدة ومع الدول الغربية بضرورة العمل على تقويض ما سمي بمحور الشر الذي يشمل الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية وسوريا ومنظمة حزب الله اللبنانية. ونقل المصدر عن الصحافي الإسرائيلي، عوزي محانيامي، الذي يعمل مراسلاً لصحيفة 'صنندي تايمز' في إسرائيل قوله في تقرير نشره مطلع الأسبوع في الصحيفة البريطانية إن الدولة العبرية تدرس إقامة منطقة عازلة داخل سوريا على مساحة 16 كلم بهدف الدفاع عن نفسها من التنظيمات الجهادية الناشطة في سوريا، وأضاف أن خطة المنطقة العازلة قُدمت لرئيس الوزراء من قبل كبار قادة جيش الاحتلال وذلك بهدف الحفاظ على الحدود التي يصل طولها إلى 75 كام، ولفت تقرير الصحيفة البريطانية إلى أن المنطقة العازلة أوْ الآمنة ستكون على غرار المنطقة التي أقامتها إسرائيل في الجنوب اللبناني منذ العام 1985 وحتى انسحابها من هناك في العام 2000.
ونقل الصحافي عن مصدر عسكري مُقرب من معدي الخطة قوله إن الجيش قام بعرض خطة على نتنياهو لحماية الدولة العبرية قبل سقوط الأسد، وأن التركيز الأساسي فيها هو على المنطقة الآمنة، التي ستُقام بالتعاون مع سكان القرى فيها، وإذا بقيت سوريا في حالة عدم استقرار لعدة سنوات، أضاف المصدر، فلن يكون أمام إسرائيل مفرًا من البقاء في المنطقة لسنوات عديدة .
وكان رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو قد هدد بشن عملية عسكرية على سوريا، لمنع سقوط الأسلحة الكيميائية التي يملكها نظام الرئيس بشار الأسد في أيدي من وصفها بالجماعات المتشددة. وجاءت تصريحات نتنياهو في مؤتمر رؤساء الجاليات اليهودية المنعقد في القدس الغربية، كما قال إن الدولة العبرية تدرس شن هذه الحرب إذا وقعت الأسلحة الكيميائية في أيدي منظمات وصفها بالإرهابية، كما أن وزير الأمن الإسرائيلي إيهود باراك كان قال في شهر جويلية الماضي إن إسرائيل لن تسمح بأن تسقط الأسلحة الكيميائية السورية في أيدي جماعات مسلحة مثل حزب الله، مضيفًا أنه أعطى توجيهات للجيش للاستعداد لتدخل محتمل في سوريا، على حد تعبيره.
في السياق ذاته، نقل موقع (walla) الإخباري الإسرائيلي عن رئيس شعبة الاستخبارات العسكرية السابق، الجنرال في الاحتياط عاموس يدلين، تطرقه لإمكانية شن هجوم إسرائيلي ضد إيران أوْ سورية وقال إن السؤال الذي يجب أنْ يُطرح على الطاولة قبل الخروج إلى الحرب: هل العملية العسكرية ستُحقق أهدافها وتُوقف التهديد الذي يتأجج يوما بعد يوم، لافتًا إلى أن منظمة حزب الله اللبنانية تملك عشرات آلاف الصواريخ والقاذفات قصيرة المدى، وتملك عددًا لا يُستهان به من الصواريخ القادرة على ضرب تل أبيب، وشدد الجنرال يدلين على أن حزب الله، هو المنظمة الإرهابية الوحيدة في العالم، على حد وصفه، التي تملك صواريخ طويلة المدى، كما أن حزب الله يُحاول الحصول على منظومات دفاع جوية وصواريخ أرض بحر وأسلحة كيميائية، وهذه الأمر تم تحديده من قبل إسرائيل، خلص إلى القول على أنها خطوط حمراء.
