وثيقة سرّية تكشف كيف إنقلب تنظيم القاعدة على مقاتلي ‬الأزواد
كشفت وثيقة سرية لتنظيم القاعدة في ‬بلاد المغرب الإسلامي، ‬عن تخطيط التنظيم الإرهابي ‬لإقامة إمارة في ‬الصحراء الكبرى في ‬الساحل الإفريقي، ‬وهذا منذ بداية المواجهات المسلّحة بين مقاتلي ‬الأزواد والجيش المالي ‬في ‬جانفي ‬من عام 2102.‬الوثيقة التي ‬نشرتها صحيفة دايلي ‬تلغراف، ‬وقالت إن صحافييها عثروا عليها في ‬منزل بمدينة تمبكتو كان ‬يُستخدم كمركز للتدريب، ‬من قبل التنظيمات االمسلحة، ‬تضمن مراسلة من عبد المالك دروكدال، ‬المكنى أبو مصعب عبد الودود، ‬إلى قادة تنظيمه المسلح ‬في ‬منطقة الساحل الصحراوي، ‬حيث قام فيها بتقديم توجيهات في ‬شكل نصائح توصي ‬بضرورة التحالف مع تنظيم أنصار الدين، ‬لاقتناص الفرصة للاستحواذ على مناطق النفود في ‬كبرى مدن شمال مالي.‬وقالت الوثيقة التي ‬جاءت في ‬شكل تقرير ‬يلخّص اجتماع هيئة الأعيان تحت إشراف ورئاسة دروكدال ‬يوم 18 ‬مارس 2102‬، ‬والموجّهة إلى الأمراء وأعضاء مجلس الشورى في ‬منطقة الجنوب وأمير حركة أنصار الدين أنه ‬ينبغي ‬على تنظيم القاعدة بشمال مالي ‬التحالف مع حركة أنصار الدين، ‬لاستغلال إمكاناتها البشرية والمادية، ‬لتحقيق مشروعها .‬وتناولت الوثيقة، ‬الوضع الذي ‬تشهده منطقة شمال مالي، ‬خصوصا ما أسماه بالمعارك الأخيرة في ‬أرض الصحراء الكبرى، ‬حيث أشاد دروكدال، ‬بتلك المعارك والتي ‬وصفها، ‬بأنها أثلجت الصدور وطمأنت قلوبهم بعدما كانوا ‬يسيرون في ‬طريق مجهول، ‬وذكر نص الوثيقة، ‬الصعوبات التي ‬يعيشها تنظيم القاعدة، ‬كما أشارت الرسالة، ‬إلى تعاون حركة أنصار الدين، ‬والتي ‬يعتمد عليها في ‬تجنيد المسلحين في ‬المنطقة، ‬مذكّرة أنه ليست لديهم ‬معلومات كافية عن حركة أنصار الدين، ‬وعن برنامجها العملي ‬وكذا قدراتها وإمكاناتها الذاتية والبشرية والمادية، ‬الحالية والمرتقبة، ‬وعن البيئة المحيطة وهذه الفرص التي ‬يتم ‬إنتهازها. ‬وقد حضر الإجتماع، ‬كما جاء في ‬الرسالة، ‬أمير التنظيم عبد المالمك دروكدال، ‬إلى جانب أبو عبد الإله، ‬أبو خيثمة أحمد جمبري، ‬وعبد الرحمن الطاهر الجيجلي، ‬ويوسف أبو عبيدة، ‬المكنى ''‬العنابي''‬، ‬وأبو عبد الله عمي ‬محمد.
