رابع إنفجار يهزّ وحدة تكرير البترول بسكيكدة
هزّ إنفجار أمس الأول الخميس في حدود الساعة الرابعة زوالا وحدة تكرير البترول بسكيكدة، إثر انفجار مولد كهربائي يستخدم لتمويل محطة الخدمات المستعملة في أشغال الترميم والصيانة والبناء داخل وحدة التكرير، عندما حاول عاملان تجريب المولد المتواجد داخل خزانة تكنولوجية بوحدة مولدات مكونة من 3 طوابق مما تسبب في نشوب حريق مهول، أتى على نحو 8 إلى 10 مولدات ضخمة تقارب قيمتها المالية العشرة ملايير سنتيم، مما تسبب في إصابة عاملين من جنسية كورية، تم نقلهما من قبل وحدات الحماية المدنية إلى مصلحة الاستعجالات بمستشفى سكيكدة.
الحريق إندلع بسبب شرارة كهربائية ناتجة عن مولدات كهربائية قيد التجريب على مستوى محطة تكرير البترول، التي استهلكت ملايير الدولارات ولم يتم إستلامها بعد. أسباب هذه الحرائق المتكررة على مستوى القاعدة البترولية لسكيكدة، تعود لكون العتاد المستعمل من قبل الشركة الكورية غير مطابق للمعايير العالمية المعمول بها، وسبق أن تم رفضه من قبل إدارة سوناطراك والمكلّف بالمشروع على مستوى القاعدة، لكن تدخل بعض الجهات سهل على الشركة التي فازت بالصفقة المهمة، مما بات يشكل أخطارا كبيرة مع كل محاولة لتشغيل وحدات تكرير البترول مجددا.

وسبق أن اهتزت الوحدة رقم 100 بمركب تكرير البترول في سكيكدة، منذ نحو 15 يوما تقريبا على وقع إنفجار مشابه خلف تخريب خزانين للغاز والوقود ومحطات تستعمل في توليد الطاقة، مما ألحق خسائر مادية فادحة، وقبله حريق مشابه بسبب تعرض أنبوب لنقل الغاز للكسر بواسطة آلة حفر تعرض صاحبها لجروح وكسور في أثناء محاولته الفرار، وقبلها أيضا حريق هزّ المنطقة وخلّف إصابة 3 عمال كوريين تابعين لمؤسسة سامسونغ.
الخسائر المسجلة على عاتق المؤسسة المكلّفة بالإنجاز كون إدارة سوناطراك، لم تحرر محضر الإستلام النهائي للمشاريع المسجلة في إطار الصيانة والترميم والإنجاز المسندة أغلبها لمؤسسات وشركات أجنبية، لكن المتابعين لما يحدث في القاعدة البترولية، وكذا الآلاف من سكان سكيكدة، يتساءلون عن جدية وفعالية مشاريع الأمن الصناعي والصيانة الأمنية التي تم تسجيلها منذ سنوات .
