نقص تركيز الاطفال في الدراسة........ماهو الحل

يعاني الأطفال المصابين باضطراب نقص التركيز وفرط الحركية المعروف
علميا بـ ADHD نقص التركيز في المدرسة ،ويقول المتخصصون أن الحل الجديد
لهذه المشاكل جاء في دراسة حديثة أشرفت عليها حكومة أيسلندا، والتي
تفيد بأن البدء المبكر بالعلاج الدوائي بدواء مثل الـ Ritalin يمكن أن يمنع حدوث
بعض المشاكل في الدراسة والتعليم.
وأثبتت أنه كلما تم البدء مبكرا بالدواء قلت احتمالات حدوث تلك المشاكل، وبخاصة مابين المستويين الرابع والسابع من السنوات التعليمية، وتحديدا في مادة الرياضيات.

آندرو أديسمان، رئيس قسم التطور السلوكي في مستشفى كوهين للأطفال بنيويورك، قال: "من الضروري الانتباه إلى أنه عندما يكون علاج الـ ADHD دقيقا،
فإنه التحسن لا يقتصر على تحسن أعراض المرض فقط، بل إنها تظهر جلية في تحسن نتائج الدراسة خلال السنة". هذا وقد شمل البحث حوالي 12000 طالب
من أيسلندا، تقدموا لاختبارات المستوى الرابع في الدراسة، والتي تضمنت
أسئلة في الرياضيات واللغة. وبما أنه يوجد في أيسلندا سجلات كاملة لكل
وصفات المرضى الخارجيين، تمكن الباحثون من معرفة أي من الأطفال وصف
له علاج لمعالجة الـ ADHD وتاريخ البدء به.

من هذا تبين أن 286 طفلا بدأوا العلاج ما بين السنة الدراسية الرابعة والسابعة، ومعظمهم استخدم دواء ميتيلفينيديت أو ما يعرف بـ Ritalin، ولوحظ أن مستوى الانخفاض في نتائج اختباراتهم مقارنة مع العاديين لا يتجاوز نسبة 3 بالمائة في
مادة الرياضيات مع نتائج عادية في اللغة، خاصة أولئك الذين بدأوا بالعلاج في
سن مبكرة “السنة الدراسية الرابعة”.
من جانبها، قالت الدكتورة هيلغا زويغا، من جامعة أيسلندا: "لابد من ملاحظة
أن نسبة التجاوب لدى الإناث قد تكون أعلى منها لدى الذكور، وهذا يعود أصلا
إلى أن أعراض المرض تظهر أكثر في نقص التركيز منها في فرط الحركة عكس
الذكور، مما يتيح سيطرة أفضل على النتائج الدراسية، لأن الدواء يعالج نقطة
الضعف الأساسية لديهن بصورة جيدة، علما أن العلاج يساعد أكثر في نتائج الرياضيات منه في اللغة والفنون". ولابد من الإشارة إلى أن تشخيص المرض
المبكر والعلاج الدقيق المستمر يفيدان بشدة في التطور التعليمي على المدى الطويل لدى أطفال اضطراب الـ ADHD.
