معايير القيادة الإسلامية.

يقتبس الدكتور طارق السويدان معيارين للقيادة الإسلامية من الآية:"إنّ خيرَ من إستأجرتَ القَوِيُّ الأمَين"-سورة القصص- وهما القوّة والأمانة:

القوة:
وتعني الكفاءة والذكاء والقدرة على أداء المهمة، وتختلف القوة المطلوبة باختلاف المهمة. قال ابن تيمية: والقوة في كل عمل بحسبها، فالقوة في إمارة الحرب ترجع إلى شجاعة القلب وإلى الخبرة بالحروب، والقوة في الحكم بين الناس ترجع إلى العلم بالعدل الذي دلّ عليه القرآن والسنة وإلى القدرة على تنفيذ الأحكام.

ومن مظاهر فقدان القوة
الروتين القاتل: وأعراضه البطء في إنجاز المعاملات والضغط في العمل والذي يسبب الاكتئاب والملل، ويؤدي إلى تمضية الوقت كيفما اتفق. ولعل هذا واضح في ترهّل الإدارة والروتين الحكومي المستشري في معظم الدول العربية.
ضعف الإستغفار: يضعف الإستغفار عندما يصبح استغفاراً سريعاً بلا روح، استغفاراً شفهياً لا يلامس شغاف القلب، فيرق به من خشونة الذنب. وهو من شروط القوة المعنوية والاقتصادية التي غفلنا عنها ولا توجد لدى أنظمة الغرب أو علومهم. وهذا هود عليه السلام ينصح قومه بشروط البنية المعنوية الاقتصادية فيقول: (يَا قَوْمِ اسْتَغْفِرُواْ رَبَّكُمْ ثُمَّ تُوبُواْ إِلَيْهِ يُرْسِلِ السَّمَاء عَلَيْكُم مِّدْرَاراً وَيَزِدْكُمْ قُوَّةً إِلَى قُوَّتِكُمْ) سورة هود.

الأمانة:
وتعني المصداقية والرقابة الذاتية والمبادرة لأداء العمل على أتم وجه.
وتستخدم كلمة الأمانة بأكثر من معنى، ومنها






التكليف: قال تعالى:
(إِنَّا عَرَضْنَا الأمَانَةَ عَلَى السَّمَاوَات وَالأَرْضِ وَالْجِبَالِ فَأَبَيْنَ أَن يَحْمِلْنَهَا وَأَشْفَقْنَ مِنْهَا وَحَمَلَهَا الإِنسَانُ إِنَّهُ كَانَ ظَلُوماً جَهُولاً).

الأمانة المعنوية: تمتد حدود الأمانة إلى ما هو أبعد من القضايا المالية، فهي تشمل أمانة الفكر والرأي والموقف. وعلى سبيل المثال عدم بخس العاملين حقوق التقدير الممزوج بالحب، ومساعدتهم في قضاياهم ومشاكلهم المؤرقة بقدر الاستطاعة..


الضمير اليقظ: وهو الذي، كما يقول الغزالي، تصان به الحقوق المتمثلة في حقوق الله والناس وتحرس به الأعمال من دواعي التفريط والإهمال..


الإتقان: فالحرص على أداء الواجب المنوط بالشخص بشكل متقن من أخلاق المسلم. ومنه السهر على حقوق الناس وإذا استهان الفرد بما كلف به وإن كان صغيراً فرط فيما بعده إلى أن تستشري روح الفساد والضياع في كيان المؤسسة. بل إن المطلوب هو تجاوز الإتقان والوصول إلى درجة الإبداع في التخطيط والتنفيذ مسترشدين بدعوة المصطفى عليه السلام: "إن الله يحب إذا عمل أحدكم عملاً أن يتقنه". أخرجه البيهقي..


عدم الاستغلال: أي عدم استغلال المنصب لمنافع شخصية أو للإضرار بمصالح الأخرين وإضاعة حقوقهم
تعيين الأصلح: وهو تعيين الرجل المناسب في المكان المناسب وليس العكس. مصداقاً لقول رسول الله عليه الصلاة والسلام: "من استعمل رجلاً من عصابة، وفي تلك العصابة من هو أرضى لله منه، فقد خان الله وخان رسوله وخان المؤمنين". أخرجه الحاكم

إن الأمانة قضية عظيمة لا ينبغي أن نستهين بها أو نفرط في حقها. فلا يجب نركز على الشكليات وننسى الجوهر الحقيقي، فبدل أن نمارس التربية والتعليم اكتفينا - على سبيل المثال- بالتلقين المبهم، ففقدنا قدراً من الأمانة، والنتيجة جيل من الشباب لا يرعى مصلحة المجتمع، ولا يقوم بدوره الصادق والمخلص في تقدمه وازدهاره ..
