السلام عليكم و رحمة الله .

كيكة الأناناس المقلوبة



للصنية الخبز : 30 غرام زبدة + 50 غرام سكر نضعها في الفرن مدة 5 دقائق ثم نرص الاناناس كما تبين الصورة ثم نضعها مرة اخري في الفرن مدة 12 الى 15 دقيقة

نفصل 3 صفار البيض عن البياض نطلع البياض مع قرصة ملح
في وعاء نضع 150غ فرينة + 150غ سكر + ½ صاشي خمارة حلوة نخلط ثم نزيد صفار البيض و نخلط ثم نزيد 100 غ كريمة سائلة creme fraiche liquide و نخلط ثم نمزخ البياض البيض برفق ثم نضعها في صنية الأناناس و نخبزها مدة 35 دقيقة على درجة 180 نختبر النضج

نوجد السائل اللى كان في علبة الناناس و نسخنه ثم نسقي به الكيكة و هي سخونة نخلوها تبرد 5 دقائق ثم نقلبها و تكون النتيجة كما تبين الصورة :

اولا وضعت الزبدة ثم رشيت كمية السكر ثم دخلها الفرن بعد 5 دقائق رصيت الشرائح الأناناس ثم دخلتها الفرن مرة ثانية لمدة 12 الى 15 دقيقة تتحمر قليل لكن لا يتكون الكراميل بدليل عند قلبها بقات صفرة قصدي الأناناس
