5 مليون سنتيم مقابل شهادة ووظيفة وهمية في الحماية المقربة والبروتوكول
بطال يؤسس أكاديمية شبه عسكرية بجبال الشريعة

تورط جامعي بطال يبلغ31 سنة في إنشاء أكاديمية خاصة للتدريب شبه العسكري، ودون ترخيص من السلطات وقدم ضمانات للمنتسبين إليها مقابل مبلغ 5 ملايين سنتيم بتوفير وظيفة دائمة في مجال حراسة الشخصيات "المهمة". وهي الفرصة التي ارتأى بطالون من أنحاء الوطن عدم تفويتها فباعوا حلي زوجاتهم للحاق بالمدرسة، ليكتشفوا بعد فترة أنهم وقعوا ضحية عملية نصب واحتيال.

حيثيات القضية تعود إلى أوت 2012، أين قيد متقاعد من صفوف الجيش الوطني الشعبي، شكوى لدى مصالح الأمن بخصوص تعرضه للنصب والاحتيال من قبل 4 أشخاص بينهم فتاة، مفادها انه اطلع على إعلان خاص بتجنيد أشخاص لغرض تشغيلهم في مجال أعوان حراسة الشخصيات، على أن يقوموا بتربص ميداني ثم يتم توظيفهم بصفة دائمة، وانه أودع الملف الخاص بالتربص رفقة 10 أشخاص آخرين بعد دفع مستحقات التربص المقدرة بخمسة ملايين سنتيم، ثم تم استدعاؤهم لإجراء التربص في منطقة الشريعة الجبلية، أين تلقوا تربصا لمدة 3 أيام، وبعدها تم تسليمهم شهادات تكوين في الحماية المقربة المهنية والبروتوكول، وطلبوا منهم الانتظار حتى يتم الاتصال بهم لمباشرة إجراءات الالتحاق بمناصب عملهم، وبعد فترة علموا أن المكتب الذي سبق وسجلوا به تم تغيير مقره إلى وجهة مجهولة .

التحريات الأمنية حول شرعية المدرسة المسماة "أكاديمية لؤي الدولية للأمن والحراسة"، بينت أنها غير قانونية وأنشئت دون اعتماد من السلطات المختصة، وتم مداهمة الشاليه الذي اتخذ مقرا لها من قبل عناصر الشرطة القضائية، أين ضبط المتهم الرئيسي رفقة معاونيه بينهم فتاة جامعية تعمل كسكرتيرة، و13 شابا قدموا من أنحاء الوطن ومعهم أمتعتهم، من اجل مباشرة التدريب لمدة 10 أيام مقابل 5 ملايين سنتيم، وعثر أثناء التفتيش على 7 كلاب شرسة، أحذية ماغنوم، أسلحة بيضاء مختلفة الأحجام، حاملات سلاح، صور وأقراص مضغوطة لعمليات التدريب و15 كتيبا للتنصير.

وورد في ملف القضية أن المتربصين تلقوا دروسا نظرية وتدريبات عسكرية قاسية، وكذا تورط مدير المدرسة في اختطاف شريكه السابق من المدية لوجود خلافات بينهما، والتوجه به نحو مركز الشريعة وتعذيبه على مرأى من المتربصين بعدما اخبرهم أنها عملية تمثيلية تدخل في إطار التدريب، حيث جرد الضحية من ملابسه وتولى مدير الأكاديمية تمزيق جسده، بواسطة سكين على مستوى كتفيه وذراعيه وفخذيه ووضع الملح وماء الجافيل على مواضع الجروح.

وكذا استعمال قاطعة كهربائية للخشب لترهيبه، وغيرها من وسائل التنكيل واستمر التعذيب 3 أيام على وقع الموسيقى الصاخبة، واطلق سراحه بالطريق السيار بمنطقة بومدفع في عين الدفلى، فضلا عن تعذيب المتربصين الذين رفضوا مواصلة التدريب، وتحريض الكلاب المدرّبة عليهم وتكليفهم باصطياد الخنازير ليلا، فيما تمكن بعضهم من الفرار حسب ما ورد في التحقيق، القضية المثيرة التي ضلع فيها 10 متهمين، أحيل ملفها على محكمة الجنايات بمجلس قضاء البليدة للنظر الأربعاء المقبل.
