الكتلة الباردة تظهر بوضوح في الخريطة كيف خرجت من جنوب فرنسا وهي تعبر حاليا مياه المتوسط متجهة جنوبا مباشرة نحو شمال الجزائر

يطرأ المزيد من الانخفاض على درجات الحرارة بحيث تكون الاجواء باردة على السواحل و شديدة البرودة على المرتفعات الجبلية
• تهطل الأمطار على أغلب الولايات نهاراً خاصة في وسط البلاد

تكون الفرصة مُهياة أحياناً نهار الاثنين لامتداد بعض زخات من الثلج أو الامطار المخلوطة بالثلوج على مناطق قريبة من الساحل مثل الاحياء العالية في العاصمة الجزائر.

• تتساقط الثلوج بإذن الله على المرتفعات الجبلية التي يزيد ارتفاعها عن 450 متر عن سطح البحر، الهطول يكون متفرقاً و متقطعاً في اغلب المناطق ما عدا مرتفعات المنطقة الوسطى التي يكون بها كثيفاً احياناً.

• تتراجع فرصة الهطول بشكل سريع ليلاً عن أغلب المناطق باستثناء أقصى الشمال (السواحل)
• يتوقع تشكل الصقيع و الانجماد ليلاً في أجزاء واسعة من البلاد


الثلاثاء 26-2-2013:
• تتعرض البلاد مع ساعات الصباح لأجواء شديدة البرودة و موجة من الانجماد و الصقيع
• تبقى الفرصة مُهيأة لبعض الهطولات المحلية
• تهدأ الرياح مقارنةً بالأحد و الاثنين
