أهمية فطور الصباح بالنسبة للجسم

إن ضيق الوقت في فترة الصباح وعدم وجود الرغبة في الأكل من الأسباب الحقيقة وراء إهمال وجبة الإفطار، التي لا تعطيك الطاقة الضرورية ليومك فقط، بل تعطيك أيضاً الفرصة
لكي تستفيد من أنواع التغذية الهامة لجسمك، مثل الفاكهة، فيتامين «ج» ومنتجات الحليب، لأن مخازن السكر في الجسم تفرغ خلال الليل، وعلينا في الصباح أن نزود الجسم بالسكر، الذي يتحول إلى طاقة، لكي يبدأ الجسم عمله ليوم جديد بشكل صحي. وإذا امتنعنا عن هذه الطاقة (وجبة الفطور) يهبط مستوى السكر أكثر، مما يؤدي إلى عصبية زائدة في الجسم وإلى عدم القدرة على التركيز وإلى ضعف عام، إلى درجة الإحباط أحيانا. فالإفطار أهم وجبة في اليوم، حيث يقطع الجسم فترة «الصيام» الطويلة خلال الليل، وعندما تستيقظ، يحتاج مخك إلى الكليكوز، والطعام هو الوقود الفعال لإمداده بالكليكوز. فإذا كنت تحاول إنقاص وزنك، فإن تجاهل وجبة الإفطار سيفسد مجهودك، حيث أثبتت الدراسات أن الأشخاص الذين لا يتناولون وجبة الإفطار هم أكثر عرضة لتناول كميات كبيرة من الطعام خلال اليوم. وفي حالة ما إذا كنت تخشى من عدم رغبتك في الأكل في الصباح الباكر، فليست هناك قاعدة تجزم أن الإفطار يجب أن يكون هو أول شيء تفعله بعد استيقاظك، إذ يمكنك أن تتناول وجبة الفطور في فترة ما بين الثامنة والعاشرة صباحا، والهدف هو الحد من شدة الجوع في وقت وجبة الغذاء، وبالتالي عدم الإفراط في الأكل.
أما سلبيات إهمال وجبة الإفطار للكبار والصغار، على حد سواء، فتتمثل في تقليل الأداء الذهني والإدراكي خلال ساعات النهار. فمن المعروف أن القدرة على التعلم وإنجاز العمل ترتبط بمستويات السكر في الدم، والتي تعتمد على تناول النشويات والبروتينات بصورة أساسية. كما أن عدم تناول الإفطار سبب من أسباب السمنة وارتفاع الكولسترول في الدم، فإهمال هذه الوجبة يؤدي إلى شعور الفرد بالجوع خلال النهار، فيفضل تناول وجبه سريعة، غير صحية، مليئة بالدهون والسعرات الحرارية وقليلة من ناحية القيمة الغذائية. فوجبة الفطور من أهم وجبات اليوم التي نتناولها، خصوصا بالنسبة إلى الأطفال والطلبة، إذ تعتبر الوجبة الرئيسية ولا يجوز الاستغناء أو التقصير فيها، لِما لها من فوائد جمة تؤثر بشكل إيجابي على صحة الفرد، كالأداء في الدراسة، حيت أثبتت الدراسات أن أداء الذين يتناولون وجبة الفطور يكون في المدرسة أو في العمل أفضلَ ويستقبلون اليوم بإيجابية أكثر. كما وُجِد أن الأطفال الذين يتناولون وجبة الفطور يحصلون على علامات أفضل في الامتحانات وتكون نسب تغيُّبهم عن المدرسة أقل من غيرهم. إضافة إلى ذلك، وُجِد أن تحسن أداء الطالب في المدرسة وزيادة تحمله أعباء اليوم مرتبط بتناول وجبة الفطور وتؤثر وجبة الفطور على صحة الفرد، فعند تناول وجبة الفطور، يحصل الجسم على المواد الغذائية الضرورية واللازمة لبناء الجسم، لذا فإن الأطفال الذين يتناولون الفطور أقل عرضة للإصابة بالأمراض. كما يساعد تناول وجبة فطور متوازنة غنية بالكربوهيدرات والبروتينات على منع الطالب من الشعور بالجوع خلال الحصص الأولى من الدوام المدرسي، وبالتالي يكون تركيزه على حصصه التي يأخذها وليس على جوعه. ويساعد الفطور على رفع مستوى السكر في الدم، وهو أمر مهم بالنسبة إلى الجسم والدماغ بالذات، لكونهما لا يحتفظان بالسكر، ويعتبر ذلك المصدر الرئيسي لطاقة للدماغ، فهو دائما في حاجة إلى المواد الغذائية.
وقد وجدت الدراسات أن الأشخاص الذين يتناولون وجبة الفطور يحصلون على الفيتامينات والمعادن الأساسية أكثر من الذين لا يفطرون صباحا على الإطلاق. وترفع وجبة الفطور، الغنية بالألياف، من مستويات الطاقة في الجسم وتُحسّن كذلك من الحالة النفسية. كما تؤثر وجبة الفطور على الوزن، حيث تحافظ على وزن أفضل، إذ تساعد على السيطرة على الوزن بشكل أفضل، فعند تناول هذه الوجبة، يتمكن الجسم من حرق السعرات الحرارية بشكل أسرع وأفضل من الجسم الذي لم يحصل على وجبة الفطور. وقد لوحظ أن الأشخاص الذين يتناولون الفطور يمكنهم أن يحافظوا على أوزانهم أكثر وبشكل أسهل من الذين لا يتناولون هذه الوجبة على الإطلاق. كما وُجِد أن أجسام الذين يتناولون وجبة الفطور أكثر رشاقة من الذين لا يحرصون عليها، لأنها تساعد وتُحفّز عمليات الأيض بشكل أفضل وحرق السعرات الحرارية بفعالية. أما الذين لا يتناولون هذه الوجبة فيصعب عليهم تخفيف أوزانهم. وقد يلجأ معظم الأشخاص إلى تجنُّب هذه الوجبة بحجة أنهم يشعرون بالجوع عندما يتناولونها، لذا نجدهم يلغونها من حياتهم، حتى لا يشعروا بذلك الجوع. إن الذين يُهملون وجبة الإفطار دائما عليهم مراجعة هذه العادة، لأن واحدة من أسوأ الممارسات هي إهمال وجبة الإفطار، التي هي أهمّ وجبة.
ليست وجبة الفطور ضرورية جدًا للأطفال فحسب، بل للجميع، لأنها تمدّنا بالطاقة وبالمواد الغذائية التي نحتاجها بعد مرور فترة طويلة أثناء نومنا و»صومنا» عن الطعام. وننصح بأهمية احتواء هذه الوجبة على ربع احتياجاتنا الغذائية لليوم، ولذلك لا بد أن تكون متوازنة وصحية، محتوية على جميع العناصر الغذائية، من بروتينات ونشويات وفيتامينات ومشتقات الحليب، لتمدنا بالكالسيوم. وقد وُجِد، كذلك، أن وجبة الفطور تجعلنا أكثر سعادة وتعطينا القدرة على التركيز بشكل أفضل خلال الصباح، لذا تذكروا أهمية هذه الوجبة، لِما لها من فوائد كثيرة، واجعلوها جزءا من عاداتكم الصحية اليومية وتذكّروا الحكمة القائلة: أفطر فطور الملوك وتغذ غداء الأغنياء وتعشَّ عشاء الفقراء.. كما لا يمكننا أن ننهي بدون أن نذكر أهمية شرب الماء صباحا، فكما أننا جميعا نغسل وجوهنا في الصباح، علينا، كذلك، أن نتذكر غسل معدتنا بشرب كاس ماء، فالماء خالٍ من السعرات الحرارية ويساعد في عمليه الهضم ويجعلها سهلة خلال النهار.. ولا تنسوا أن المرض وارد والشفاء مطلوب والوقاية خير من العلاج...
