الزواج يقلل من خطر الموت بالنوبة القلبية

وفقا لدراسة اجريت في فنلندا، يمكن للعزوبية أن تشكل خطرا كبيرا على العازبين، فعدم الزواج يزيد من خطر الاصابة بالنوبة القلبية القاتلة وغير القاتلة عند الرجال والنساء مهما كانت اعمارهم.
بالمقابل، يقول مؤلفوا الدراسة، بأن الأزواج متوسطي العمر، كانوا في خطر اقل للاصابة بمشاكل القلب أو كانوا أكثر حظا بالحصول على تشخيص مبكر وعلاج في المستشفى.
واستندت الدراسة الى بيانات سكانية من العام 2002 إلى 2013. وتضمنت معلومات حول أشخاص أكبر من سن 35 عاما، من أربع مناطق جغرافية مختلفة في فنلندا.
وشملت الدراسة على كل الأحداث القلبية القاتلة وغير القاتلة - "المعروفة بالمتلازمات القلبية الحادة". وقال الباحثون:"هدفنا كان دراسة الإختلافات المرضية وتشخيص المتلازمات القلبية الحادة وفقا للخصائص السكانية الإجتماعية (الحالة الاجتماعية، وحجم البيت)."
فوجد المُسجل بأن 15,330 حالة قلبية حدثت اثناء فترة الدراسة التي امتدت عشرة سنوات، منها (7703) حالة وفاة حدثت خلال 28 يوم. وحدثت الحالات القلبية تقريبا على حد سواء بين الرجال والنساء. ولكن التحليل اظهرت بأن حالات الاصابة كانت اعلى بين الرجال العازبين بنسبة 58-66 بالمائة، وبنسبة 60-65 بالمائة بين النساء العازبات، مقارنة مع الرجال والنساء المتزوجين، وفي كل المجموعات العمرية.
ووفقا للباحثين، فأن العازب أو الشخص الذي يعيش وحيدا بدون شريك (مطلق، ارمل) يمكن أن يكون في خطر أكبر للاصابة بالأمراض الوعائية القلبية، بشكل عام. هذا وجدير بالذكر أن العديد من الدراسات السابقة تحدثت عن الرجال فقط في تحليلها، بينما لم تحظى النساء والفئات العمرية الاكبر بمثل هذه الدراسات.
ولكن لماذا يتعرض العازبون أو الاشخاص الذين يعيشون لوحدهم لخطر الاصابة بأمراض القلب أو الموت المبكر؟ يقول الباحثون بأن الاحتمالات متعددة:
1.عوامل الخطر القلبية الوعائية التقليدية. "نحن لا نستطيع إستثناء الإحتمال بأن الأشخاص العازبين يقودون اسلوب حياة غير صحي، مثل السهر، التدخين، تناول الاطعمة غير الصحية، وما الى ذلك من أمور.
2.المتزوجون قد يكون أفضل حالا، لأنهم يتمتعون بعادات صحية أفضل، ويتمتعون بمستويات أعلى من الدعم الإجتماعي مقارنة مع العازبين، الذي غالبا ما يهملون صحتهم.
3.ارتفاع احتمالات اكتشاف حالتهم مبكرا، بسبب ملاحظة الاشخاص المحيطين بهم، وبالتالي حصولهم على العلاج المبكر في المستشفى.
4.ارتفاع فرص حصولهم على الإنعاش أو المساعدة مقارنة مع الاشخاص الذين يعيشون لوحدهم.
نشرت الدراسة كاملة في المجلة الأوروبية لطب القلب الوقائي.
