طبق حلو يحضر خصيصا للمرأة عند الولادة لما فيه من فوائد صحية أهمها إدرار الحليب.
فضلا عن تقديمه للمهنئين والضيوف.
المكونات:
- 3 كيلات حمص
- 2 كيلات قمح
- اللبلابي ( اختياري)
- الجلجانية( اختيارية)
- التوابل والاعشاب ( قرفة، رند، الطيب" القرنفل"، نعناع، الزعتر بنوعيه، الكليل)

التحضير:
نبدأ اولا بتنقية القمح والحمص

وبعد غسل القمح والحمص وتصفيتهما ، نشرع بتحميصهما في طاجين طين أملس كل على حدى.

كما لا ننسى تحميص كمية الجلجلانية المراد إضافتها

القيام بخلط المكونات ومن ثم إضافة التوابل و الأعشاب .

إرسالها إلى محل الطحن على أن يطلب منه أن بين بين ( لا خشن ولا دقيق)

التقديم:
تخلط كمية من المارغارين أو السمن مع كمية من العسل وتذوب على النار ثم إضافة مسحوق الزرير مع التحريك إلى أن يتماسك المزيج ( لا سائل ولا ثخن)

نعم يغسل القمح قبل تنقيته ولقد ذكرت ذلك في طريقة التحضير.
أما عن كيفية تحضير مرق التشيشة والشخشوخة فأعدك بها بعد تفرغي من تحضير رسالة التخرج انشاء الله.
