زرع المواطنة الممسوخة

بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
استفزني خبر في القناة الجزائرية الثالثة
انها حملة من طرف وزارة التربية و التعليم (وسامحوني في كلمة التربية) لغرس المواطنة
بالله عليكم هل تغرس المواطنة بالأنشيد الوطنية أم أن تكرار النشيد الوطني صباح
مساء سيزيد نسبة المواطنة لدى الفرد الجزائري؟

دعونا نعرف المواطنة و نقيس عليها الأمور :
- مفهوم المواطنة
المواطنة نسبة إلى الوطن و"هو مولد الإنسان و البلد الذي هو فيه". و جاء في معجم "الصحاح" للجوهري أن الوطن محل الإنسان؛ ثم اتسع معنى المواطنة ليشمل إضافة إلى النسبة إلى البلد، الشعور بالتعلق به، أكثر من غيره، و الانتماء إلى تراثه التاريخي وعاداته ولغته.

بالله عليكم أبسط تعريف في الكون فهل لنا أن تقول وزارة التربية ماهي تطلعاتها بالنسبة التراث التاريخي و العادات و اللغة ؟؟

فالمواطنة حقوق وواجبات، ومبادرة الإنسان ومسؤوليته تجاه نفسه وتجاه الجماعة التي ينتمي إليها، وهذه الحقوق والواجبات لا تمارس إلا في مجتمع عادل وديمقراطي يحرص على المساواة وتكافؤ الفرص .

فهل يعرف الفرد الجزائري حقوقه ؟ لا أقصد جهله بل ممارسته لها .هل يحس الفرد الجزائري بأنه في وطن يحترمه؟
هل ترقى تطلعات الجزائر لمستوى طموحات شعبها ؟ هل ما يسن من قوانين جديدة
كل يوم هو لاجل المواطن ؟ هل يحرق شبابها لأجل المال أم لأجل رؤية معنى
المساوات و العدل و النظام ؟ أم لأنه لا يحس بمعنى المواطنة في بلاده ؟
هل و هل و هل ...
نعم لأن المواطنة لها علاقة مباشرة بحقوق و واجبات و بالعدل و المساوات بين أبسط مواطن و رئيس الجمهرية

أو على الأقل ليس لها علاقة بالأناشيد الوطنية .
فالأصح أن تهتم هذه الوزارة لما سميت عليه انها التربية ؟ علها تثمر علينا بشيء
قد ينعكس ايجابا على المواطنة
فأول خروج للتلاميذ من أبواب المدارس تسمع صوت بلابل في السب و الشتم
و التطياح بلهجتنا و شتم الجلالة

انا معك ان المدرسة هي مكان للتربية والتعليم ولكن صدقني ان كثافة المناهج والدروس لاتترك للمعلم او الاستاذ حتى دقائق لاعطاء دروس توعية للتلاميذ, فالتوعية وحب الوطن تحتاج لدروس نقدمها اسبوعيا على الاقل حتى لا اقول يوميا وان يكون هناك اساتذه مختصين ومبادرات لنشر روح التعاون والمحبة بين التلاميذ ولزرع روح حب الوطن, ولكن المشكلة ان الطالب يدخل للمدرسة الساعة الثامنة صباحا ويغادرها الخامسة مساءا وعقله لايحتوي الا على دروس حسب المنهج والاستاذ يقضي طول وقته يتنقل من قسم لقسم ليلحق انهاء هذا البرنامج الكثيف. اخي المدرسة تحولت لسجن بالنسبة للطالب والاستاذ, فعن اي مواطنة تتكلم..

برأي يا عمو حسام أن المواطنة لا تدَرس وانما تحس ان كان كل ما خلق في الوطن
يخدم المواطن و يسعى لاحترام الفرد و يسعى لحماية ممتلكات و أمن المواطن او الفرد وهذا ما فقد في وطننا هذا فغابت المواطنة بدورها .
وكما له واجبات على هذا الوطن فهو يحضى بحقوقه و أنا لا أقول ان زرع المواطنة هي مسؤولية وزارة التربية و انما أقول حري بها أن تهتم بالتربية

في أيامنا عندما كنت في الابتدائي كنا ننشد النشيد الوطني في بداية الأسبوع مع رفع العلم ..و نقوم بانزاله في نهاية الأسبوع ..يعني مرتين في الأسبوع ..و لا ننشد الا المقطع الأول ..أما الآن اصبحت يوميا ..أذكر عندما كنت في الثانوي ..تلقيت انذار في السلوك مع مجموعة من الأصدقاء بخصوص هذا الأمر ..يجبرون التلاميذ على احترام العلم و النشيد الوطني و هم أهانوه بأفعالهم و تسييرهم للبلاد ..
