المعارضة السورية تسيطر على موقع يعتقد أنه مفاعل قصفته إسرائيل
قالت مصادر للمعارضة في شرق سوريا أمس الأحد إن مقاتلي المعارضة سيطروا على موقع المنشأة التي يشتبه بأنها كانت مفاعلا نوويا تحت الإنشاء قرب نهر الفرات دمرته الطائرات الحربية الإسرائيلية قبل ستة أعوام.

وأصبح موقع الكبر الذي يبعد نحو 60 كيلومترا غربي مدينة دير الزور محط إهتمام دولي عندما دمرته إسرائيل في 2007. وقالت الولايات المتحدة إن المجمع كان مفاعلا نوويا من تصميم كوريا الشمالية مهيأ لإنتاج بلوتونيوم يمكن استخدامه في صنع أسلحة نووية.

وقال عمر أبو ليلى المتحدث باسم القيادة الشرقية المشتركة للجيش السوري الحر إن المبنى الوحيد الذي عثر عليه المقاتلون في الموقع هو مستودع به صاروخ سكود واحد على الأقل.

وأضاف أن الموقع حول فيما يبدو إلى قاعدة لإطلاق صواريخ سكود ولم يعد قائما به أي مبان أخرى. وتابع أن ثلاث طائرات هليكوبتر عسكرية نقلت آخر الجنود الموالين للأسد قبل إجتياح مقاتلي المعارضة للمنطقة يوم الجمعة.

وقال الجيش السوري الذي أزال الموقع بعد الغارة إن المجمع كان منشأة عسكرية عادية لكنه رفض السماح للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية بمعاينته دون قيود بعد أن قالت الوكالة أن المجمع قد يكون موقعا نوويا.

وتراجع الإهتمام بتحقيق تجريه الأمم المتحدة في الواقعة على ما يبدو منذ إندلاع الثورة ضد الرئيس بشار الأسد في 2011 مع تزايد إستيلاء المعارضة المسلحة على مواقع عسكرية في المناطق الريفية الواقعة على أطراف المدن.

وتفقد مفتشو الأمم المتحدة الموقع في جوان 2008 لكن السلطات السورية منعتهم من دخوله منذ ذلك الحين.

وقال أبو ليلى إن صواريخ سكود أطلقت على ما يبدو من الكبر على مناطق تسيطر عليها المعارضة في محافظة حمص الواقعة إلى الغرب.

وأضاف أن المجمع كان يحتوي على دوائر إتصال للقيادة والتحكم مع القوات الموالية للأسد في مدينة دير الزور حيث تتراجع قوات الأسد وتتمركز حاليا بشكل أساسي داخل وحول المطار في جنوب المدينة.

وأظهرت لقطات مصورة مقاتلين يتفقدون الموقع وصاروخا كبيرا داخل مستودع. وأشار أحد المقاتلين إلى ما قال أنها متفجرات وضعت تحت الصاروخ لتدميره قبل وصول القوات المهاجمة إليه.

وقال أبو حمزه وهو قائد في لواء جعفر الطيار إن جماعات عديدة للمعارضة منها جبهة النصرة المرتبطة بالقاعدة شاركت في العملية وأنهم يرحبون باستقبال مفتشي الأمم المتحدة لتفقد الموقع.
