شباب غاضب يخرج في مسيرة بعاصمة البترول الجزائري
شارك نحو 3000 عاطل عن العمل بعاصمة البترول الجزائرية، مدينة ورقلة، في مسيرة سلمية حاشدة للمطالبة بالحق في التوظيف في الحقول النفطية الغنية.

المسيرة الأولى من نوعها، التي تم التحضير لها قبل أيام، هدفها قطع 80 كلم على الأرجل نحو حقول حاسي مسعود البترولية، في ذكرى تأميم المحروقات.

وانطلقت الأحد من ساحة البلدية باتجاه حاسي مسعود، في أجواء ساخطة، مرددين عبارات تندد بالظلم والتهميش من العمل في الشركات البترولية، ومحاسبة مَنْ وصفوا بالمفسدين في ملف الشغل تزامناً مع ذكرى 24 فيفري لتأميم المحروقات.

وحاول العاطلون عن العمل في البداية قطع 80 كلم مشياً على الأقدام نحو عاصمة الذهب الأسود لإبلاغ اعتراضهم إلى الجهات العليا في البلاد، خاصة بعد زيارة رئيس الحكومة برفقة 7 وزراء إلى المنطقة دون جدوى.

وظلت أجهزة الأمن تراقب تحرك المسيرة التي ضمّت عاطلين عن العمل من مختلف الفئات العمرية من وسط المدينة حتى انطلاقها، وقطع مسافة 20 كلم ولم يبق سوى 60 كلم عن مدينة حاسي مسعود، حيث رفع العاطلون شعارات تطالب بإنهاء ما وصف بالمهازل ومحاربة الرشوة والمحسوبية المتفشية،داخل إمبراطوريات الشركات النفطية الوطنية والأجنبية.

وجابت المسيرة شوارع رئيسة تحت تصفيقات المارة، فقد مرّت قرب مرافق حساسة، على غرار مقرّ الأمن الولائي ومحطات البنزين الثلاث بتراب بلدية عين البيضاء التي تضم كذلك مقر للشرطة وآخر للجمارك ومبنى الناحية العسكرية الرابعة، دون أن يقوم الشباب بأي عمل تخريبي، بينما تقدم المسيرة البرلماني الحبيب قريشي الذي تقدم في الصفوف الأمامية لتأطير الشباب وحثهم على العدول عن فكرة الدخول إلى حاسي مسعود والاكتفاء بتسليم المطالب.

وقد أربكت أجهزة الشرطة التي فضّلت عدم الاحتكاك بالشباب خوفاً من وقوع انزلاقات خطيرة خاصة في يوم مشهود تاريخياً، وقامت بسدّ المنافذ بدروع بشرية شكلها رجال مكافحة الشغب بالحاجز الأمني مفترق الطرق تڤرت وحاسي مسعود ومنعوا الشباب من المرور إلى مدينة النفط التي تضم أكثر من 300 شركة بترولية، في حين سلّم المتجمهرون في أجواء تنظيمية رسالة إلى ممثل الأمن قصد تسليمها إلى الوالي الذي رفض النزول إليهم بساحة البلدية قبل إنطلاق المسيرة.

ومن بين المطالب المقترحة إيفاد لجنة وطنية للنظر في سوق اليد العاملة بمشاركة ممثلين عن البطالين، وإقالة كل مَنْ ثبت تورّطه فيما أصبح يعرف بفساد ملف الشغل خاصة بالوكالة الجهوية للتشغيل، وإيجاد مناصب عمل قارة في الشركات ومشاركة العاطلين في اللجنة الولائية التي شكلت مؤخراً بالمجلس الشعبي الولائي، زيادة على معالجة قضية الشروط التعجيزية التي تفرضها الشركات الوطنية وغيرها، ومنها إتقان اللغات الأجنبية لمناصب بسيطة أثناء الفحص المهني قبيل التوظيف ومشكلة كشوف العمل دون مناصب.
