الحكم على شاعر قطري بالسجن 15 سنة بتهمة التحريض على النظام

أصدرت محكمة الاستئناف القطرية، الإثنين، حكما بالسجن لمدة 15 عاما على الشاعر محمد بن راشد العجمي، الملقب بابن الذيب، بتهمة التحريض على النظام في قصيدة، مخفضة بذلك حكما ابتدائيا بالسجن المؤبد كما أفاد محاميه محمد نجيب النعيمي.

وقال «النعيمي» لوكالة الأنباء الفرنسية: «تم الحكم اليوم بـ15 سنة سجنا على موكلي وسأذهب إلى محكمة التمييز وهي المرحلة الأخيرة»، مضيفا: «تبين لي أن محكمة الاستئناف كانت مسيسة ولا تختلف كثيرا عن محكمة الدرجة الأولى لأنها ثبتت المخالفة».

وكان «النعيمي» قد ركز في دفاعه عن محمد بن راشد العجمي على «عدم وجود إثبات قاطع بأن العجمي قد ألقى القصيدة التي يحاكم بسببها في محفل عام أو أمام الإعلام وإنما في شقته بالقاهرة».

وكانت محكمة أمن الدولة القطرية قد حكمت في 29 نوفمبر على الشاعر بالسجن المؤبد بتهمة «التطاول على رموز الدولة والتحريض على الإطاحة بنظام الحكم».

وكانت منظمة العفو الدولية قد قالت في بيان إن النيابة العامة القطرية قد تكون استندت في التهم الموجهة للشاعر إلى قصيدة تتضمن انتقادا لأمير البلاد كتبها في 2010.

إلا أن ناشطين قالوا للمنظمة إن السبب الحقيقي لتوقيف ابن الذيب هو قصيدة سياسية تحت عنوان «قصيدة الياسمين» كتبها الشاعر 2011 على ضوء «الربيع العربي».

وفي هذه القصيدة يهنئ أبن الذيب تونس وزعيم حركة النهضة الإسلامية، راشد الغنوشي، ويقول: «عقبال البلاد اللي جهل حاكمها يحسب أن العز في القوات الأمريكية»
