قاض يرغم مواطنا على تقبيل حذائه
فتحت السلطات القضائية المغربية تحقيقا في اتهام مواطن مسؤولا قضائيا بإهانته وإجباره على تقبيل حذائه الأسبوع الماضي، وهو ما قالت الجمعية المغربية لحقوق الإنسان إنها ستخوض من أجله "أشكالا نضالية" تصعيدية لإدانة "مثل هذه الممارسات الحاطة من الكرامة الإنسانية".

وقال بيان رسمي لوكيل الملك (النائب العام) إنه على أثر الأخبار المتداولة بشأن ادعاء أحد المواطنين بمدينة ميدلت أنه كان ضحية إهانة من قبل أحد نواب وكيل الملك لدى المحكمة الابتدائية بالمدينة المذكورة، فإن الوكيل العام للملك لدى محكمة الاستئناف بمكناس (وسط) فتح بحثا في الموضوع "وذلك بالاستماع إلى كافة الأطراف المعنية".

وقال الميكانيكي هشام حيمي إن الأمر يعود إلى نهاية الأسبوع الماضي حينما "سبّني المسؤول القضائي وبصق في وجهي حين طلبت منه ألا ينهرني بخصوص أشغال صباغة سيارة جلبها للورشة، لأني مجرد عامل ولست المسؤول عن الورشة".

ويضيف "تطورت الأمور لما تدخلت الشرطة وتم اقتيادي إلى المخفر، وهناك تعرضت للإهانة والسب بشكل مضاعف، حيث أرغمت على تقبيل حذاء المسؤول القضائي حتى يصفح عني".

وأكد حيمي "لن أتنازل عن الدعوى التي رفعتها ضد المسؤول. لقد تعرضت للإهانة. وأشكر كل من آزرني".

من جهته قال جمال المغوري، صاحب الورشة الذي يعمل لديه هشام، إنه شاهد يوم السبت 16 فيفري الجاري بمقر مفوضية الشرطة بميدلت بأم عينيه فصول الإهانة والتحقير التي تعرض لها مستخدمه على يد نائب وكيل الملك. وأضاف "لدي الاستعداد التام للإدلاء بشهادتي أمام أية جهة قضائية".

ونفى سعيد فارح نائب وكيل الملك المعني بشدة ما وصفها بـ"ادعاءات" الميكانيكي، واعتبر أن "الأمر يتعلق بتصفية حسابات سياسية".

وبحسب المسؤول القضائي فإن "الأمر يتعلق بإهانة من طرف الميكانيكي الشاب بعد تأخر في إنجاز الأشغال، تلاه تهديد بالقتل تم إبلاغ الشرطة به ليتم اعتقال الميكانيكي وفتح تحقيق معه، انتهى بطلب اعتذار من عائلته ليتم إغلاق الملف".

من جانبه أعلن فرع الجمعية المغربية لحقوق الإنسان في مدينة ميدلت عزمه خوض "أشكال نضالية تصعيدية بداية الأسبوع لإدانة مثل هذه الممارسات الحاطة من الكرامة الإنسانية".

وتظاهر الأربعاء بمناسبة الذكرى الثانية لانطلاق حركة 20 فيفري الاحتجاجية حوالي 8000 شخص أمام المحكمة الإبتدائية لمدينة ميدلت للتنديد بما حصل للميكانيكي.
