عدالة (ميكي ماوس الظالمة )

هذه القصة حقيقية , ومن رواه لي هو من الثقات , جاء هذا الصديق عندي في يوم من الايام ليشتري بعض المواد الغذائية وما يحتاجه , فسألته عن سبب شرائه لكمية كبيرة من العصير المشروب .
اجابني قائلا : الحقيقة هذا العصير هو ليس لي
انه لاحد الشباب من جيراني هو موجود الان في مؤسسة التربية والتأهيل . شكرته على هذا العمل متمنيا له ان يجزيه الله الخير ويفك قيد صاحبنا الشاب , قبل ان يهم بالخروج , عاد اليا وقال لي : هل تعلم لماذا دخل هذا الشاب السجن ؟
فاجبته بالنفي
فقال لي : لا حول ولا قوة الا بالله , القصة يا اخي كان هناك شاب جاء من إحدى الولايات الشرقية وكان يملك سيارة اخر تحفة , كون هذا الشاب الشرير جماعة من الاشرار وقطع الطرق
لقد كان يحمل معه صديق له ويقومون بالتجول في وسط المدينة , كانوا يستهدفون الفتيات , فبعد معاكستهن واستدراجهن لركوب السيارة يقمن بالتعدي عليهن بسرقة مجوهراتهن وهواتفهن , قاموا بهذه الفعلة لاكثر من مرة , وفي يوم من الايام قامت فتاة بتسجل لوحة تلك السيارة عندما تعرضت لسرقة , وعندما ذهبت للشرطة وجدة ان هناك 9 فتياة قدمن بلاغات ضد هذه الجماعة الشريرة , القصة الى هنا عادية .
في يوم من الايام التقى هذا الشاب الصالح باحد اعضاء الجماعة الشريرة , وهو لم يكن يعرف بان صديقه ينتمي لعصابة تقطع الطريق وتسرق بواسطة السيارة فطلب منه صديقه الشرير الصعود لتوصيله لانه يسكن معه في نفس الحي , وافق ذلك الشاب الصالح , الذي شهد له كل اهل الحي بصلاحه وعفته وخلقه , بعد ان صعد قدر الله ان تسقط تلك الجماعة الشريرة في يد الامن , و الشاب الصالح معهم
تم استدعاء الشهود الى المحاكمة بعد ان تم التعرف على أعضاء العصابة واكتشاف أدلة تدينهم ,
في جلسة الاستماع من طرف قاضي التحقيق أنكرة الفتيات كونهن رأين الشاب الصالح , او انه اعتد عليهن , الا ان المحاكمة تمخضت على ما يندب له الجبين وتبكي له العيون , مع ان الادلة تبثة عدم تورطه الا انه حكم عليه ب6 سنوات سجن
مع صاحب السيارة , اما صديقه الذي غرر به تحصل على سنتين فقط , وقال لي بنبرة الغاضب الساخط : اتعلم لماذا ؟ فقلت : لا
قال : لان اخته ( ستر الله بنات المسلمين جميعا ) تعمل في خمرة , وخمرة مشهورة ياتي اليه , اصحاب المراكز العليا في الدول و اصحاب الملاير , لقد استطاعت ان تخفف الحكم على اخاه المعتدي رغم انف القانون بستعماله نفود احد الوسطاء , ام الشاب العفيف الخلوق الذي لا دخل له سوى انه قدر له ذلك اليوم ان يركب مع هذه العصابة , تحصل على حكم زعيم العصابة
قلي بالله عليك اي عدالة هذه التي لا يعطى لدليل فيها ولا لشهادة اي قمة .
اي عدالة هذه يسجن فيها الشريف البريء
ويخفف الحكم فيها عن المذنب المعتدي
انها حقا عدالة ميكي ماوس الظالمة

هذه القصة الحقيقية تعبر عن الواقع الذي نعيشه, في ظل ما يسمى دولة القانون
والقانون يعلوا ولا يعلى عليه
وفي ضل ما انجازه فخامته وما ادخله من إصلاحات مست سلك العدالة

لا اقول لذلك الشاب سوى حسبك نبي الله يوسف واستعن بالله
