هناك طريقة جميلة و مجربة نستطيع أن نعرف من خلالها ما إذا كان وزننا مناسب لطولنا و نوعية جسمنا ، فهناك الهزيل و هناك السليم و هناك البدين .. الخ

و هذه الطريقة سهلة و بسيطة و هي عبارة عن عملية حسابية كما سنوفي :


نبدأ على بركة الله :

عندنا طول القامة 1،60

ووزن الجسم 60 كلغ

الطريقة سهلة

1.60x1.60 =2.56

ناخد الوزن ونقسمه على النتيجة هكذا
60: 2.56= 23.4

شوفتو النتيجة الاخيرة وهي 23.4


إذن بعد العملية نستنتج :

إذا كانت النتيجة أقل من 20 فاعلم أنك نحيف جدا و تحتاج إلى تغذية سريرية

ادا كانت النتيجة الاخيرة مابين 22 الى 25 ، اعلم طول القامة والوزن ممتاز يعني ان لك جسم وسيم او لكي جسم وسيم ، وهذا يعتبر الجسم المثالي .

اما ادا كانت النتيجة مابين 25 الى 28 لقد دخلت في مرحلة السمنة

اما ادا كانت النتيجة دائما النتيجة الاخيرة من 28 الى 32 انك سمييييييييييييييييييييييييين ، تستحق ريجيم

وادا كانت النتيجة من 32 الى فوق

فإنك سمين و بدين ، تحتاج إلى ريجيم يومي
