|{ مَاأجْمَـلَ صورَتكَـ على الحائطْ ..لكنْ ماحُكمُ تَعليقهَا..!!

يقول السائل : ما حكم تعليق الصور الفوتغرافية على الجدران؟؟





الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه أما بعد:



إذا كانت الصور مما لا روح فيه كالشجر والمناظر الطبيعية وغيرها ، فلا حرج فيها لقول ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما : " فإن كنت لا بد فاعلا فاصنع الشجر وما لا روح فيه".

وأما إن كانت الصور لذوات الأرواح فلا يجوز تعليقها على الجدران لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "إن البيت الذي فيه الصور لا تدخله الملائكة" [رواه مسلم].


ولما ورد أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أرسل علياً إلى المدينة وقال: "ولا تدع صورة إلا طمستها – وفي رواية" إلا لطختها – ولا قبراً مشرفاً إلا سويته" وراه مسلم.

ولَمَّا رأى في بيت عائشة صورة معلَّقة في ستر غضب وتغيَّر وجهه , وهتكها عليه الصلاة والسلام , فدلَّ ذلك على أنه لا يجوزُ تعليق الصور. أما إذا كانت الصور مما تمتهن، كأن كانت في الوسادة أو تداس بالقدم، لما رواه أحمد وأصحاب السنن عن أبي هريرة أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: % "أتَانِي جِبْرَائِلُ فقالَ لِي أتَيْتُكَ الْبَارِحَةَ فَلَمْ يَمْنَعْنِي أنْ أكُونَ دَخَلْتُ إلاّ أنّهُ كانَ عَلَى الْبَابِ تَمَاثِيلُ وَكَانَ في الْبَيْتِ قِرَامُ سِتْرٍ فِيهِ تَمَاثِيلُ وَكَانَ في الْبَيْتِ كَلْبٌ، فَمُرْ بِرَأْسِ التّمْثَالِ الّذِي في الْبَيْتِ يُقْطَعُ فَيَصِيرُ كَهَيْئَةِ الشّجَرَةِ وَمُرْ بالسّتْرِ فَلْيُقْطَعْ فَلْيُجْعَلْ مِنْهُ وِسَادَتَيْنِ مَنْبُوذَتَيْنِ تُوطَآنِ ومُرْ بِالْكَلْبِ فَلْيَخْرُجْ" فَفَعَلَ رَسُولُ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم.

ففي الحديث أن الصور إذا كانت فيما يوطأ ويمتهن كالسجاد وغيره فلا حرج، والأسلم اجتنابها.

فالواجب على المسلم ترك هذه الستور التي فيها الصور , وأن لا يُعلِّق صورة لا في مسكن , ولا مكتب , ولا في غير ذلك , فتعليق الصور لا يجوز ... وأن يَحذر ذلك , وأن يُحذِّرَ منه , طاعةً لله ولرسوله عليه الصلاة والسلام , وعملاً بشرع الله في ذلك , والله المستعان
