شرح درس .. دعوة لخير . إرشاد وبيان .نصح وتوجيه .
حل مشكلات . تربية أجيال . إزالة منكر . تقريب معروف .
وكلها بميزان حسناته .. فليتذكر ما مضى ..
وليبذل جهده وليحتسب ,, وليصبر .. فإنه مأجور .




حقيقة :

المعلم ..
هو الشخص الوحيد الذي يبني يوميا ً بناءً لا مثيل له ولا نظير ..
فلتحسن البناء ..وليكن متقناً جميلاً ..



همسة :


في مدارسنا تكثر المشاكل ما بين أخلاقية وسلوكية ودراسية ..
لكن الحلول المدروسة والأفكار الإبداعية كفيلة بإذن الله في إنهاء المشاكل .. حتى وإن طالت أحيانا ً ..
مع أهمية السعي والمبادرة للقضاء على كل أمر غير جيد من بدايته قبل أن يكبر !









فلنفكر في حلول إبداعية ..


إضاءة :


لن تملك طلابك بمثل لطفك بهم وعطفك عليهم ولين جانبك وحلاوة عبارتك

وكلما واجهت منهم من قسوة أو أذى أو غيرها فاجعله يتكسر على صخرة حلمك ..
وأطفئ نيرانهم بعذب مائك ..
وتذكر : ( القول اللين يغلب الحق البين ) .




وصية :

من المهم والجميل اطلاع المعلم على ثقافات وعلوم أخرى غير تخصصه ,
لأنها ستجعله أكثر تشعباً وتنويعاً مما يحببه إلى الطلاب
فإنهم يتشوقون لمعلومات وأخبار جديدة وغريبة .



تذكر :


قال عليه الصلاة والسلام :
[ إن الله وملائكته وأهل السماوات والأرض حتى النملة في جحرها وحتى الحوت ليصلون على معلم الناس الخير ] .
فانظر إلى عظيم الفضل والمكانة ! وجزيل الأجر والمثوبة !

إذن.. لابد من الصبر ..وبذل السبب والجهد وتحمل المشقة.
وذلك بعد التوكل على الله .. وسؤاله التوفيق والسداد .

صديق السوء يحزن حينما يراك أفضل منه .. !
فيسعى جاهداً لتكون مثله .. فاحذر ..!

الوالدان .. مفتاحان من مفاتيح الجنة .. فلا تفرط !!

مهما كلفك الأمر .. ليكن رضى خالقك عنك فوق كل اعتبار ..

العظماء لهم أهداف عظيمة يسعون لتحقيقها ..
والكسالى .. لهم أهداف بسيطة ! يرونها في أحلامهم !




تنبيه :

ستجد في طريقك من يستهزئ أو يسخر بك ..
أو يسعى لإحباطك .. أو يقلل من شأنك .. !
فاعتبر هؤلاء مثل الشوك والحجارة ..
ابتعد عنها حتى لا تؤذيك .. ولا تجبها ..
بل واصل سيرك نحو المعالي .
وسل اللهلك التوفيق ولهم الهداية والعافية ..

يبعث الأمل في النفوس ..

فضاعت الشهوة وبقيت السيئة !!
وكتب عليه الإثم ! وسيحاسب عليها .

- والمطيع .. قدم دينه ورضى ربه على شهواته ..
فصبر .. فذهبت عنه ..
وبقيت له الحسنة وكتب له الأجر ..
وعوضه الله خيراً مماترك من المعاصي والمحرمات ..
