رجيم الكمون .. طريقة سريعة لخسارة الوزن

يُساعد الكمون على إتمام عملية الهضم ويُخلِّص الجسم من الغازات والإمساك ويُعالج المغص الناتج عن ذلك، وتبعاً لقدرتهِ على تحسين عملية الهضم فإن ذلك يؤدي إلى إمتصاص المواد الغذائية بشكل جيد في الجسم، حيث يعمل هذا الأمر على منع تخزين الدهون بالجسم، وبالتالي يؤدي إلى تخسيس الجسم ومن هنا تأتي فكرة رجيم الكمون، حيث يعمل رجيم الكمون على حرق الدهون بمعدل سريع، وبخاصة التي تترسب على منطقة البطن "الكرش" وإحدى مميزاته هو أنه لا يتسبب في آثار جانبية شائعة, لذلك يمكن أن يستهلكه جميع الأعمار بأمان، وللمزيد من التفاصيل حول رجيم الكمون إليكِ ما يلي ..
كيفية إتباع رجيم الكمون:
- تناولي 4 وجبات يومياً بحيث تحتوي واحدة من الوجبات على مجموعة من الخضروات والفواكه، والأخرى على البروتينات من اللحم أو الدجاج أو السمك، والثالثة على الكالسيوم من اللبن الزبادي أو الحليب مع الكورن فليكس، والأخيرة على كمية قليلة من النشويات من البطاطا المسلوقة أو المشوية أو الخبز أو الأرز وهكذا.
- تناولي وجباتك في مواعيد منتظمة.
- إشربي حوالي اللترين من الماء يومياً.
- قبل كل وجبة إشربي كأس من خليط الكمون للتنحيف والذي تُحضرينه بمزج كأس من الماء الساخن بعصير نصف ليمونة بملعقة كبيرة من الكمون المطحون ونصف ملعقة صغيرة من الزنجبيل المطحون تتركينها حتى تُصبح فاترة وبذلك تكون جاهزة للشرب.
