دورة حياة النائب البرلماني في الجزائر – درس في الجغرافيا !






بعد الحملة الانتخابية البرلمانية والتي تاتي على الأخضر واليابس وبعد ان يقوم النواب بالحلف جهد أيمانهم و أخد المواثيق الغليظة من الشعب , وبعد انتخابات تسبقه ولائم وموائد يكثر فيها أصحاب جحا وأشعب , ثم يفوز الحزب ويتحصل على كرطون في البرلمان اعني كرسي بعد كل هذا الامر , يدخل نائب ذلك الحزب هذا الكائن المتغير في مادته الأخلاقية في دورة حياتية اخرى تسمى في القواميس العالمية ( الانتقال العشوائي من محيط الى محيط ) , و اول شيء يقوم به هو تغير رقم هاتفه وهذا حتى لا يتصل بهي من كان يعدهم من قبل بجنات الخلد و قصور كسرى ان شلون و الخيول المسومة والغير مسومة , ثم بعد ذلك يغير شكله لينتقل من مرحلة تغير المحيط الى تغير (الشكل) وهو تفاعل كيمياوي يحدث بسبب المحيط الجديد تحدث هذه العملية بعد ان يرفع هذا الكائن يده نحو السماء في اول دورة برلمانية ليتحصل على 30 مليون دينار ,

يتجه هذا الكائن الى احسن عيادة في الجراحة والتجميل ليغير شكله وملامحه , وقد يسبب هذا التغير المفاجئ صدم لاهله , بعد ذلك تبدءا مرحلة السبات لهذا الكائن العجيب وقد تتراوح مدته من سنة الى ثلاثة سنوات وفي بعض الاحيان خاصة في المناطق الشمالية و المحاذية للبحر تصل حتى نهاية العهدة الانتخابية ( وهي دورة كاملة )

ويكون بهذا قد استنزف حوالي مليار 800 مليون من البروتين, من خزينة " المال العام" .

في فصل الصيف وهو فصل الراحة والاستجمام يتجه هذا الكائن نحو بلد سياحي لقضاء عطلته بعد سبات دام اكثر من 6 اشهر



ملاحظة : هذه الكائنات تنشط في فصل الصيف اكثر من اي فصل .



وقد ينتج من تلك السياحة عدة علاقات خارجية , ومعارف جديدة ستبدأ بالتفاعل المصلحاتي مع هذا الكائن .

يعرف عن هذا الكائن الكسل المفرط خلال تأديته لمهامه البرلمانية ووجباته اتجه الشعب.

النوم لساعات طويلة أثناء حصة الاستماع.

يشرع القوانين حبر على ورق , ولكن في ارض الواقع لا يوجد اي تغير.

عدم قدرته على تغير شيء في الأمر الواقع ( لا يمكنه إغلاق حفرة من حفر الشوارع)

نشاط زائد في ( ليزافر تاوعه)



النائب والحصانة



من أهم الأنفال التي يتحصل عليه هذا الكائن , هي الحصانة , لا يمكن لاي احد ان يمسه باذى مادم يملك هذه الصلاحية ولا يمكن لاي احد ان يحجب عنه الثقة ما دام متحصن تحت ما يسمى بالإتلاف وهو (التعاون من اجل النهب والسرقة) .

ومن فوائد الحصانة : امكانية نهب الملاير تحت نظر الناس وفي ضل القانون

عدم إمكانية محاكمته حتى تنتهي مدة صلاحية الحصانة ( ويكون هو اثناء ذلك في كلفورنية )
