عندما يحل وقت النوم

تبدأ الجفون بالتثاقل

والعيون تبدأ بالاحمرار شيئا فشيئا

وتحس بجسمك يستجيب لهذه الاشارة

فيبدأ هو بتخفيف نشاطه شيئا فشيئا

والدماغ يرسل الاشارات لبقية أعضاء الجسم

كي تقوم هي الاخرى بدورها في التهيئة للنوم

وبعد أن تتمدد على الفراش الوثير كلها لحظات

وترى نفسك قد غبت عن الوعي

ودخلت في الموتة الصغرى ، النوم الهادىء ، الوادع

ولكن

هل فكرت في نفسك ولو مرة واحدة مالذي يحصل

لو تعطلت آلية واحدة من آليات عمل الجسم

كيف سيتحول شكلك وانت نائم؟؟

عندما تنام يكون الله سبحانه وتعالى

يرعاك ويسلمك من الآفات عند نومك

لذلك احمد الله سبحانه عزوجل على تقليبه لك

مرّة كل 7 دقائق لتغيير وضعك أثناء نومك

حتى لايصاب جلدك الرقيق بالتعفن

واحمد الله سبحانه على نعمة لسان المزمار

الذي يفتح منفذا للريق الكثيف

الذي يجتمع بفمك وأنت نائم لاتدري

حتى لاتختنق وتشرق بالريق

احمد الله اللطيف الرؤوف بعباده على نعمة الاحلام

غير المرضية التي يجعلها الله سبحانه كالمنظف

لما يزدحم في ذاكرتك من معلومات ومشكلات

وكل ذلك لتحافظ على لياقة عقلك

احمد الله سبحانه على نعمة عدم اصابتك

بفيروس التهاب الدماغ السباتي الذي تصاب معه

بنوبة من الحمّى الشديدة مع فترات طويلة من النوم

لاتحس بعدها بالراحة

احمد الله سبحانه على نعمة انك لاتعاني من نوبات

الهلع الليلي والهلوسة الشديدة والهذيان المتلاحق

بسبب ماتراه من أحلام وتصورات أثناء نومك

واحمد الله سبحانه على نعمة عدم اصابتك

بالنوم المرضي المفاجىء

الذي يجعلك تنام في أي مكان

وفي أي لحظة سواء كنت تأكل

او تقود سيارتك

او تصعد السلالم

احمد الله سبحانه على نعمة

عدم اصابتك بمتلازمة الرجلين التوهمي

والذي يجعل رجلاك تنتفخان اثناء نومك

احمدالله سبحانه على نعمة

عدم اصابتك بمرض التبول الليلي اللاشعوري

الذي قد يصيب الانسان ولو كان كبيرا

احمد الله سبحانه على نعمة عدم اصابتك بشلل النوم

الذي يصيب عضلات الجسم فجأة لفترات مختلفة

احمد الله سبحانه على نعمة هدوء شخيرك

وعدم اصابتك بانقطاع التنفس النومي الذي يجعل

من شخيرك صوتا مزعجا تصل درجة قوته

الى ايقاظ من في الحجرة الاخرى

احمد الله سبحانه وبحمده على نعمه التي لاتنتهي

: وعلى أفضاله التي لاتحصى

يرعاك وانت نائم

ويرعاك وانت قاعد

ويرعاك وانت قائم

ويرعاك في كل أحوالك

اذا أويت الى فراشك فاضطجع على جنبك الايمن

ثم قل الدعاء الذي أخبرنا به الحبيب صلى الله عليه واله وسلم

باسمك اللهم وضعت جنبي ، وباسمك أرفعه

فان أمسكت نفسي فارحمها
