اليوم جبتلكم وصفة اسمها بيتزا كيك



مقادير خليط الكيك



2 و 1/3 كوب فرينة (350 غ) +2 ملاعق كبار ميزينا +قرصة ملح +ملعقة كبيرة خمارة



الحلوة (صاشي) + ربع ملعقة صغيرة بيكاربونات الصودا +كوب زبدة لينة (240 غ) + 02كوب سكر (450 غ) 4 حبات بيض + 2 صفار بيض + ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا سائلة + ¾ كوب حليب خاثر ( كمية الحليب العادي + ملعقة خل أبيض ) + ½ كوب حليب



مقادير الكريمة الزبدة



2 بياض البيض + ½ كوب سكر + من 300 غ الى 350 غ زبدة لينة + ملون غذائي أحمر



شربات ( ½ كوب ماء + ½ سكر + ملعقة عصير ليمون =)



للتزيين



فراز (طماطم) + كيوي ( فلفل اخضر) + موز ( فطر ) زيتون ( عنب ) اما الجبن فهو شكلاط أبيض مبروش



ننخل كمية الفرينة مع الميزينا +ملح + الخمارة + بكاربونات الصودا و نتركها بجيه



في وعاء خلاط نضع الزبدة و السكر يتخلطو مع بعض ثم نضيف صفار البيض و نخلط ثم نضيف بيض حبة تلوى الأخرى
و اخيرا نضيف الفانيليا و نترك يتمزج مع بعض مدة 3 دقائق



و الاخير نضبف الفرينة و الحليب و الحليب الخاثر و نتركهم يتخلطو



نحط الخليط في صنية و على الفرن مباشرة
نختبر النضج بعود خشبي



نخلوها تبرد و نحضر الكريمة + الشربات



كريمة الزبدة عادية + ملون احمر
