"عائلة" تقتل طفلة وتلقيها ببئر من أجل نصف مليار

أمر قاضي التحقيق لدى محكمة بوقاعة في سطيف، أول أمس، بإيداع 7 أشخاص من بينهم فتاة عازبة وامرأة متزوجة حامل في شهرها الثامن، رهن الحبس المؤقت الى حين خضوعهم للمحاكمة، بعد ثبوت تورطهم في مقتل فتاة قاصر وجدت مقتولة في بئر مائي بمنطقة بوعريبة، التابعة لبلدية حمام ڤرڤور بعد 15 يوما من فقدانها.

القضية ترجع لشهر فيفري 2012، حين عثر مالك البئر على جثة في مرحلة متقدمة من التعفن داخل البئر، حيث اتصل برجال الدرك الذين إنتشلوا الجثة وتعرفوا على هويتها بعد الاستعانة بالشرطة العلمية، لتستمر بعدها رحلة التحقيقات التي دامت عاما تقريبا، وبينت التحريات أن الضحية المسماة "إلهام" البالغة من العمر 12 سنة تقطن بمدينة حمام السخنة قامت بأخذ 500 مليون سنتيم من بيت جدها، وعلم بالأمر شخص من أحد أقارب العائلة وعمره 60 سنة، ويدعى "ط. م"، إذ بمجرد علمه عن طريق زوجته اتصل بالفتاة عبر الهاتف، وطلب منها ان تقابله ومعها المبلغ، وهددها بفضحها إن رفضت طلبه، وكان له ما أراد، إذ حضرت في الموعد المتفق عليه، وأخذها الى بيت ابنته المتزوجة بحمام السخنة وبقيت هناك عشرة أيام.
وبعد أن علم أن أهلها ومصالح الأمن يبحثون عنها قرر تغيير مكان إقامتها، حيث أخذها ومعها المبلغ إلى العاصمة، ومكثا هناك 4 أيام عند أحد معارفه، والذي دله على خطة للتخلص من الفتاة قبل أن ينكشف أمره، حيث توجه بها ومعه شخصان مجرمان استأجرهما من العاصمة الى مدينة حمام ڤرڤور التي ينحدر منها، وبعد وصولهم في ساعة متأخرة من الليل توجهوا إلى قرية بوعريبة، وأنزلوا الفتاة المسكينة من السيارة وأشبعوها ضربا، قبل أن يدفعوها داخل البئر أين لفظت أنفاسها الأخيرة داخله، ليفترق القاتل والمجرمون بعد أن دفع لهم المبلغ الذي اتفقوا عليه في العاصمة قبل حدوث الجريمة، الشيخ القاتل عندما عاد الى مدينة حمام السخنة، في ظرف زمني قصير، ظهرت عليه مظاهر العيش الرغيد، حيث اشترى سيارة فخمة ولباسا أنيقا، وعقارات بقريته الصغيرة، وهي المظاهر التي جعلت كل من سمع بقصة الفتاة يشك فيه، ولكنه اعترف في التحقيقات بقتل الفتاة وأخذه منها مبلغ 500 مليون، كما دلهم عل هوية الأشخاص الذين ساعدوه، ويتعلق الأمر بمجرمين من العاصمة، وزوجته وابنه وابنته العازبة والابنة الأخرى المتزوجة.
