طبق الفول الرائع لام اسراء..مع كسرة الشعير..

السلام عليكم

جربت وصفة ام اسراء الرائعة الخاصة بالفول و قمت ببعض التعديلات و الاضافات...
ابو امينة لما راي الكمية التي حضرت لم يقل شيئا...
و لما ذاقها قال لي "هذا ما حضرتي"...طعمها جنوني...

الطريقة سهلة جدا...
فوري الفول جيدا دون ملح(برايي يستحسن ان يمتص ملح الصلصة)ثم قشريه...
خذي مقلاة ضعي ملعقة زيت عادي و قلي الثوم و البصل الاخضر
ثم اضيفي الملح و الطماطم المرحية و اتركيها لحوالي ربع ساعة فقط يستحسن ان لا ينشف ماء الطماطم..بعدها اضيفي الفول و اتركيه لحوالي خمس دقائق ليتشرب الصلصة..
ثم بشوكة او بخلاط ارحيه...
ضعيه في الصحن و زينيه البصل الاخضر و الطماطم و المعدنوس...
و اهم شيء على الاطلاق زيت الزيتون...دلعيه بزيت الزيتون و ما تشحيش...
...طبق و لا اروع....و انا نقول علاه المصريين يحبو الفول المدمس...
التوابل لم استعملها صراحة الكمون خلصلي و مع ذلك جات بنية و صحية مائة بالمائة...

يبدو تطبيق لذيذ و صحي :16: ساجربه ان شاء الله انا ايضاااا تذوقت الايامات الماضية المدمس لكن بدون بصل و طماطم و اعجبني ذوقه كثيراااا خاصة مع زيت الزيتون كما ذكرتي (ربي يجازيك و يجازي ام اسراااء على الطريقة الجديدة )....كما انني تذوقته بطعم آخر جديد ايضاااا ساضع وصفته في اقرب فرصة ان شاء الله ....يبدو انني بهذه الوصفات صرت احب الفول مللنا و تقهمنا من وصفة المسفوف و التبيخة :2:
