السلام عليكم . أردت مشاركتكم إحدى التقاليد في ولاية جيجل و المتمثلة في * قرصة الربيع * أي قرص الكسرة المعمول بالسميد و الماء و الملح و الزيت و يحضر خصيصا للأطفال احتفالا بدخول فصل

الله يبارك ماشاء الله , ايه حنا ثاني في ولاية ميلة وسطيف وقسنطينة كاين لي يديرو القرصة واحنا فالحقيقة القرصة عندنا هي البغرير ولا لغرايف كما تقولو ولكن هذه الي تهدر عليها نسموها طلاعة الربيع وتاني القرصة , أي نجيبو فيلي صغير (قفة صغيرة) ونحطو فيها الكسرة والحلوى والبراج والفرواكه وهدايا صغيرة ونمدوها للأطفال ولا ندوهم للحشيش ةنخلوهم يلعبو احتفالا بحلول الربيع ...............مشكور على الطرح بارك الله فيك
