موسكو ساعدت سلطات مالي بالأسلحة النارية
أعلن مدير الهيئة الفيدرالية للتعاون العسكري التقني الروسي ألكسندر فومين أن "موسكو ساعدت بالفعل سلطات مالي بالأسلحة النارية .. وأنه يجري في الوقت الراهن بحث مسألة توريد تقنيات جوية لها". وقال فومين اليوم السبت "لقد أيدت روسيا قرار مجلس الأمن الدولي بشأن دخول قوات (إيكواس) إلى هذا البلد (...) وقدمنا كذلك المساعدة المناسبة حيث إستلمنا طلبا من الحكومة المالية وقمنا بسرعة في الفترة ما بين شهري ديسمبر و فيفري الماضيين بتسليمها شحنتين من الأسلحة وكانت هذه بالأساس أسلحة نارية خفيفة". وذكر مدير الهيئة الفيدرالية للتعاون العسكري التقني"إننا ننظر حاليا في مسألة توريد أنواع أخرى من الأسلحة لمالي وخاصة التقنيات الجوية وهذا هو الطلب الثاني الذي يقع حاليا في مرحلة الدراسة (...) وفي حال توصل الطرفين إلى إتفاق سيتم تنفيذ هذه الطلبية". وأضاف فومين أن "تصدير هذه الأسلحة كان بمقابل مادي (...) وأن مالي تمتلك المال وقد يكون ذلك من أموال المساعدات الدولية" مبرزا في الوقت ذاته أن "مالي دولة صديقة لروسيا منذ عهد الإتحاد السوفياتي السابق حيث قامت روسيا بتدريب الآلاف من أبناء هذا البلد وما يزيد عن 50 في المائة من سلك القيادة (في مالي) هم من خريجي الجامعات والمعاهد السوفياتية والروسية إلى جانب ذلك 80 في المائة من معدات وتقنيات الجيش المالي هي من صنع الإتحاد السوفياتي". وكانت روسيا قد أرسلت طائرة محملة بالمساعدات الإنسانية إلى مالي الأسبوع الماضي كما رحبت موسكو نهاية جانفي الماضي بمشاركة إثيوبيا وجنوب إفريقيا في إستعادة إستقرار الوضع في مالي.
