حرام عليك أم بشرى لماذا ؟ كل هذا ؟ والله العظيم إنها في قمة الروعة و الجمال أنت جمعت الطبخ و الفن في آن واحد و هذا قليل ما يكون عند الأخرين لقد كانت بتشهي كثير و مع كل هذا ختمتيها بالمحاجب الذين يكادون أن يخرجوا من الصورة رفقا بأصحاب السكري يا أم بشرى ننصح أصحاب السكري ا، لا يرون هذه الصور بارك الله فيك وربي يخليلك بشرى نبراس طريقك وفقك الله

بس طلب صغيور حضرتي العجينة فوق النار و هل استعملتي بيض بزاف

مشكلتي الابدية مع عجينة ليشو دايما تهبطلي:10:


طاطا الامورة انت باينة اضلي تتفرجي في منال العالم و فتافيت:8:

نعم يا عزيزتي العجينة تتحضر فوق النار 1/4 ليتر ماء + 100 غ زبدة + 1 ملعقة كبيرة سكر + قرصة ملح كي تغليو نحي الكسرونة من فوق النار ارمي مرة واحدة 150 غرام فرينة + صاشي خميرة تع الحلوة بعدما يتخلطو ثم حركي مليح حتى تتكون عندك عجينة (une boule ) هذا كل خارج النار ثم تعيديها فوق النار و حركي مليح تنشف و تطيب طفي عليها و نخلها تبرد شوية ثم حطيها فالباتور و حطي بيضة / بيضة (3 بيضات الى 4 حبات ) و خلطي مليح
ثم شكلي كيما تحبي و اعدك اني وقت ما نعاود نخدمها نصورها صراحة بشرى كانت في (l'étude)
نكمل بقية الوصفة في العشية كي نرجع من الخدمة الى المساء ان شاء الله:13:

شكل البجعات جميل جدا و متقن أيضاً, بل أجمل من البجعات التي حضرتهم حورية المطبخ في برنامجها ...

بخصوص سؤال أم هديل و بعد إذنك , أعتقد أن أهم شروط نجاح عجينة الشو يكمن في تجفيفها الجيد على الفرنْ, و ذلك بتقطيعها إلى أجزاء صغيرة حتى تنشف بسهولة مع مواصلة التحريكْ..
بعدها يضاف البيض مباشرة أنا أضع عادة 3بيضات لكل ربع ليتر و إذا تمت تجفيفها جيدا فلن نكون بحاجة حتى لاستعمال الخميرة لأن البيض يعمل على نفخ العجينة...

كما يمكن استعمال هذه العجينة في المقبلات المالحة ايضاً,, قد أضع وصفتي لاحقاً إن شاء الله ...
