الغضب الايجابي

لماذا نغضب ؟ماذا يحدث في جسدنا عند الغضب ؟هل هناك انواع للغضب ؟ كيف اوجه غضبي بطريقه صائبه ؟

قد يكون كلامك صحيح ولكن بأسلوب خاطىء.. يحدث الغضب بسبب فكره سلبيه+شعور سلبي=سلوك سلبي
عندما نشعر بمشاعرسلبيه الغضب ,الخوف ,القلق ---- بسبب فكره سلبيه ادى ----الى سلوك سلبي الغضب
ماذا يحدث فسيولوجيا في جسدنا ؟

الفكره تذهب من العقل الى المخ تستقبلها مركز الانفعالات في المخ (الغضب ,القلق)ترسل اشارات لافراز هرمون الادرينالين ينتج عنه سلوك

هناك ثلاث انواع للغضب:

الغضب السلبي/ هو مجرد الغضب دون ان تفكر في عواقبه او النتيجه

غضب العناد/الغضب من اجل الغضب هو تلفظ بكلمات سيئه من اجل اغضاب الشخص

الغضب الايجابي/وهو الشيء الرائع تغضب ولكن تعرف كيف تتعامل مع غضبك بشكل راقي

من استراتيجيه فن ادارة الغضب :

· عندما تغضب خذ الهواء من الانف واخرجه من الفم (شهيق وزفير) وردد كلمة الحمدالله حتى ينتقل الفكر من جانب المخ الى الاخر
· اظهر غضبك للشخص من خلال تعابير وجهك وقل له انا احترمك واقدرك ولكن في حاجه حصلت فهمتها باسلوبي كذا فهمني معناه ,,,,

وقل له وسط الحديث مهما حصل انا احبك ,,واختم حديثك بالحب
· او ان تاجل الحديث لوقت اخر وهو الافضل
· او الوضوء عند الغضب كما علمنا حبيبنا محمد عليه الصلاة والسلام لان الماء يطفىء نار الغضب والصلاة حتى تهداء النفس
· مارس تمارين الاسترخاء ،واشرب الكثير من الماء لخفض نسبة الادرينالين في الدم ,وامشي لمدة نصف ساعه .

تذكر دوما :

· لابد من فصل سلوك الشخص عن ذاته
· قرر من داخلك ان تكون من النوع الايجابي حتى في غضبك
· الفرق بيننا وبين غضب الطفل هو فن ادارة الغضب

(الكلمه التي تخرج من فمك تحدد مستقبلك )
