الجيش الجزائري ضمن قائمة “أكثر الجيوش العالمية خطورة”
إعتبر تقرير أمريكي جديد أنّ التطورات الأخيرة التي تشهدها منطقة الساحل وما خلفته الحرب الدائرة بشمال مالي على الجزائر من تهديدات على أمنها واستقرارها واقتصادها الذي يعتمد أساسا على النفط والغاز، دفع الجزائر نحو مضاعفة إنفاقها العسكري وتعزيز قدراتها العسكرية لتكون في مستوى “الخطر الإقليمي والعالمي” المحدق بها. وأكّد الخبير الأمريكي أنّ الجزائر هي الدولة الوحيدة المستقرة في شمال إفريقيا، إضافة إلى المغرب، وهو نفس الشيء الذي أشار إليه ستيفن بوسي، المحلل الأمني بمجلة “فورين بوليسي”، والذي بدوره اعتبر أنّ التهديدات التي يفرزها المتشددون الإسلاميون الذين أقاموا دويلة في شمال مالي على الحدود مع الجزائر و كذلك عدم إستقرار بعض البلدان المجاورة كتونس و ليبيا، إضافة إلى فرنسا التي تقود حملة عسكرية في المنطقة غير الساحلية الشاسعة . وأضاف التقرير أنّ الجزائر تتمتع بما يفوق 200 مليار دولار من إيرادات الغاز والصادرات النفطية، يمكن أن تتيح شراء أسلحة متطورة جديدة مثل “الطائرات الروسية المقاتلة (Su-30MK)، ودبابات القتال (T-90S)، وغواصات ومروحيات متطورة وناقلات الجند الألمانية المدرعة”، مشيرا إلى أنّ ميزانية وزارة الدفاع لسنة 2013 التي فاقت 10 ملايير دولار تعتبر أضخم ميزانية بمنطقة شمال إفريقيا ومؤشر حقيقي لرغبة قوية للجزائر في حشد وتعزيز قدراتها العسكرية. غير أنّ المحلل رأى أنّ هذا الإنفاق العسكري الجزائري سيمكن الجيش الجزائري من احتلال مركز متقدم ضمن قائمة “أكثر الجيوش العالمية خطورة” والذي رأى تقرير موقع “ stratrisks” أنّ فيه 7 دول من بينها الجزائر واليابان والصين والهند والسعودية والعراق وروسيا تتجه نحو تكوين جيوش قوية، خاصة مع السياسة الجديدة التي تنتهجها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والقاضية بخفض إنفاقها على الجيش الأمريكي وخفض ميزانيته لهذا العام.
