تجفيف الثوم ليكون بودرة

-يقشرالثوم ويغسل يصفى جيدا
2-يوضع الثوم فى الطاجين مع الملح ويدخل الفرن لمدة ربع ساعة مع التقليب على نار متوسطة.
3-يترك حتى يبرد ثم يطحن ويحفظ فى وعاء مغلق ويستعمل فى الاكل ويرش على المقليات والمشويات.


**طريقه ثانيه لتجفيف الثوم**

للثوم المجفف استخدامات عديدة
فيوضع كمسحوق او حب في السلطات وتتبيلات اللحوم والمشاوي
وو اخف بالنكهة والرائحة من الاخضر
طريقة عمله بسيطة جداً
اولاً نقوم بتقشيرالثوم ثم نضغط عليه بالسكين ونرش عليه ملح
ونعرضه للشمس فوق قطعة من القماش
