17 خطوة للتخلص من احباطك وقلقك

الإحباط.. هوحالة شعورية تطرأ على الشخص حين يتعرض لضغوط اجتماعية أو نفسية لا يستطيع مواجهتهاتؤدي به إلى التوتر والاستسلام للشعور بالعجز، ويتكرر هذا الإحساس حين يتعرض الإنسان لمضايقات في الطريق العام، أو الاختلافات في العمل مع الرؤساء أو الزملاء،وحتى بعد عودته إلى منزله قد يدخل في مشاحنات أسرية، تؤدي به إلى الانسحاب والانطواء والشعور باليأس فإذا أصابك التوتر بسبب الفشل في مهمةما، ووصل بك إلى حد شعرت معه بالاستسلام والرغبة في العزلة والتقوقع داخل همومك.. فمعنى ذلك أنك وقعت في شباك الإحباط.

المواجهة طريق الخلاص

الإرشادات التالية تحاول الخروج بك من هذه الحالة التي تعوقك عن الإنجاز وربما تأسرك في سجن الهموم والأحزان:

1- كن شجاعًا بالاعتراف بوجود مشكلة تعاني منها؛ فالاعتراف نصف الطريق إلى الحل.

2- كن موضوعيًّا في تشخيص المشكلة، فحدد بدقة نوعهاوظروفها وأسبابها، ثم ضعها في حجمها الحقيقي فلا تضخمها لئلا تصاب بالإحباط واليأس،ولا تقلل من حجمها فتصاب باللامبالاة.

3- كن صبورًا ولا تتعجل الإحباط، فإن تمكنك من حل مشكلة أو تحقيق هدف يتطلب وقتا لذلك.

4- فكر في تجارب الآخرين الصامدة، وتعلم كيف قاوموا الظروف الصعبة والحالات الحرجة التي مرت بهم، واعلم أن العقبات التي تواجهك في حياتك يمكن أن تكون درجات في سلم النجاح.

5- إذا داهمك الإحباط وأنت بصدد عمل شيء ما عليك بالتوقف عنه فورًا، وخذ قسطًا من الراحة،ثم عد له، وستلاحظ أن هناك أفكارًا جديدة تنهال عليك.

6- أما إذا وقعت في حالة الإحباط فعلا فلا تنكرها أو تتهرب منها؛‏‏ فالإنكار يمنعك من حل المشكلة التي تواجهك‏،‏ وكذلك محاولة إيجاد التبريرات لبعض المواقف والتصرفات لجعلها تبدو منطقية‏ لن تنجح كل الوقت.

7- إذا شعرت برغبة في البكاء وأنت على هذه الحالة فلا تتردد ولا تكابر بحبس دموعك، ولكن تذكر دائما أن دوام الحال من المحال،وأن بعد العسر يسرا، وأن الوقت كفيل بإنهاء هذه الحالة المزاجية السيئة.

8- حاول التركيز على التنفس في هذه الأوقات، وأدخل الزفير من أنفك وأخرجه من فمك بعدحبسه عدة ثوانٍ، فهذا سوف يساعدك على تغيير حالتك المزاجية.

9- قم بالحديث مع صديق أو واحد من أفراد العائلة أو حتى مع اختصاصي نفسي، وإن تعذر ذلك أبحر داخل نفسك بصدق وافتح ملف عقلك الذي يكمن داخلك، وحاول التعبير عن مشاعرك بالكتابة‏‏ فهذا يقلل من حدتها.

10- درب نفسك على استيعاب المشاكل اليومية؛ وذلك عن طريق استرجاع الذاكرة بأن هذا الموقف المحبط قد ألمّ بك من قبل وأمكن التغلب عليه.. إذن فأنت قادر على التغلب عليه أيضا هذه المرة.

11- فكر في الأشياء التي تقوم بها على نحو دائم، وتذكر أنك قمت بتطوير أسلوبك فيها، وتعلم أن كل شيء في الحياة بالممارسة يتطور، بالتأكيد أول محاولة تكون غير مأمونة العواقب، ولكن المحاولة التالية ستنجح بإذن الله.

12- لا تلجأ للتعميم فإن أخفقت في عمل شيء فمن المؤكد أنك ستنجح في غيره، ولا تقم بالتفسير الداخلي لأي موقف محبط مررت به، فإن هذا سوف يزيد من تفاقم المشكلة أكثر وأكثر.

13- راجع أفكارك باستمرار إن أردت أن تتحكم في سلوكياتك، فربما يحيطها شيء من الترقب وتوقع السيئ،واعلم أن الأفكار السلبية التي تكونت لديك‏‏ مسبقا هي التي تخلق مشاعرك واتجاهاتك نحو الأشياء والأشخاص‏‏؛ فمثلا إذا كنت تفكر أن زملاءك في العمل لا يحبونك فهذه الفكرة سوف تجعلك تتصرف معهم بعنف، وسيزيد شعورك بعدم الرغبة في العمل.

14- لا تقارن نفسك بالآخرين أبدا، وتقول إنهم يتطورون بشكل سريع، فكل شخص له أسلوب حياة، ونجاحك الحقيقي حين تفعل ما تتمناه بطريقتك الخاصة.

15- من أكثرالأشياء التي تشعرك بالإحباط في العمل إذا لاحظت أنك تعمل بكفاءة، ولكن رؤساءك في العمل يحتفون بزميل آخر لمجرد أن لديه (واسطة)، حينها على الفور سوف يتسلل إليك الإحباط، ولكن فكر أنك تفعل ما عليك ويكفيك فخرا أن الجميع يذكرك بعملك، ولا يذكرك عن طريق (الواسطة) التي جئت من خلالها.

16- تعلم مهارات اجتماعية، مثلا التواصل والإنصات، وتعرف على هواياتك، وأعط لها وقتا لكي تخرج إلى النور، فهذاسيعزز ثقتك بنفسك.

17- ليكن إيمانك بالله جل شأنه هو أملك ورجاءك في التغلب على كل العقبات والصعاب، وكن حسن الظن بالله وأكْثر من الدعاء.
