السلام عليكم
اصبح حلم الحصول على سكن اوشراءه لايتحقق فى الوقت الراهن
وهو اكبر مشاكل المواطن والدولة
...هذا مجرد راى.....
لما لا تقوم الدولة فى بناء العمارات والمنشاءات العمرانية الكبيرة فى كل ربوع الوطن وفى كل منطقة
ولكن
لا تقوم ببيعها وانما كراءها للمواطن الذى يريد f2 ب 5000دج والذى يريد f3 ب 7000دج والذى يريد f4 ب9000دج
واذا اراد شحص ان ينتقل من الى فما عليه الى زيادة ثمن

وتبقى هذه المنازل ملك للدولة وان اراد ان يشتريها المالك فما عليه الى ان يمضى فيها 10سنوات على الاقل ويدفع الثمن
والكراء يكون مرة واحدة اى لا تستطيع ان تكرى منزلين فى نفس الوقت
ثمن الكراء المجموع من كل العمارات نبنى به منشاءات اخرى


وهكذا نقضى على ازمة السكن وينقص ثمنه قليل

هذا ليس حل لان هذا النوع من السكنات موجود وهو بصيغة البيع بالايجار,adl, وتوزيع هذه السكنات ايظا تدخل فيها المعارف والرشاوي. السبيل الوحيد لحل ازمة السكن هو تخلي الدولة عن دورها ببناء وتوزيع السكن ومنحه للقطاع الخاص مع مساهمة الدولة بدفع جزء من سعر السكن كمساعدة للمواطن وطالما الدولة هي المتحكمة ببناء وتوزيع السكن لن ياتي يوم تحل به ازمة السكن..

اوافقك الراي اخي ابراهيم وكانك تكلمة على لساني , انه الحل الجذري للقضاء على ازمة السكن التي تخنقنا و لا زالت تسفه احلامنا , ام حول تعقيب الاخ حسام , اخي هذا لا يعني البيع بالايجار , وحتى adll عليك ان تدفع مبلغ خيالي و الايجار مرتفع ولا يمكن لزاوالي صاحب الشهرية 15 20 ان يقبل ملفه بسبب دنو دخله

و الحل الذي اقترحه الاخ هو لفئة المساكين والفقراء واصحاب الدخل الضعيف

اما حول مساهمة الدول بحوالي 30 بالمئة من المبلغ وهيا اعلى مساهمة على حسب ظني اقول هنا من اين على الشاري ان ياتي بي 70 بالمئة , لن تحل المشكلة هاكذا , الا ان الحقيقة المرة , من مصلحة الدولة الا تبحث عن حلول جذرية كالتي طرحها الاخ ابراهيم اتعرفون لماذا ؟ حتى نلتهي عنها ونبق علاقين في مشاكلنا . الدولة ليست سادجة الى هذه الدرجة .

إذ أن سعر العقار سينهار وهذا لا يخدمهم لأن رؤوس أموالهم كلها في العقار أراضي فيلات شقق وعمارات ...
