لبنان العائم على كنز تحت الماء قيمته 140 مليار دولار
إحتياطيات نفط أسود وغاز ظهرت كخشبة خلاص للبلد الغارق في دَين عام تكلفه فوائده وتوابعها 4 مليارات دولار سنوياً، ووصل حالياً إلى 58 ملياراً، وهو إلى مزيد.

أمس الأحد أكد خبير بريطاني أن في لبنان إحتياطيات من الثروتين قيمتها 140 مليار دولار، فذكر ديفيد رولاندس، المدير التنفيذي لشركة "سبيكتروم جيو" البريطانية، أنها عثرت على ما يجعل لبنان "أحد أكبر منتجي الغاز في شرق المتوسط" باكتشافها 25 تريليون قدم مكعبة تحت مياه إقليمية بالساحل الجنوبي مساحتها 3000 كيلومتر مربع.

الكمية تعني أكثر من 707 مليارات متر مكعب، قيمتها حالياً 40 مليار دولار، وفق الأسعار حالياً، وهي احتياطيات تزيد 3 مرات عما في الجارة سوريا كمقارنة، علماً بأن الخبراء يتوقعون للسعر أن يتضاعف مستقبلاً.
