حلوة سهلة و لذيذة من مطبخي

مرحبا بيكم
هذه الحلوة بصراحة لا أعرف اسمها و عندي مدة و انا نخدمها ذوقها روعة و حتى ولادي يحبوها كثير .
و حبيت نهديها لكل أفراد أسرتنا (منتدى الشروق أونلاين) و ربي يخلينا لبعضانا .

المقادير :
5كيلات فرينة +1كيلة زبدة ذايبة و خلطيهم مليح ثم لميها بالماء و المزهر حتى تصبح عجينة مثل عجينة البقلاوة حليها في ألة البقلاوة في الرقم 3 ثم في الرقم 6 مع رشها بالفرينة لكي لا تلتصق ثم فوتيها في جهة الرشتة فتتحصلي على خيوط طوال اقليهم في زيت ساخن (لكن ماتكثريش في المقلة) باش طيب مليح ،و كملي حتى تكمل العجينة واحطيها في صحن كبير و كسري هاذوك الخيوط لي طيبتيهم و ضيفي حفنة كوكاو مرحي خشين +كمية من حلوة الترك +شوية جلجلان و لميها بالعسل ثم حطيها في ليكيسات و زيني كيما تحبي ،ممكن بحلوة الترك أو الجلجلان او خطوط بالشكلاطة.........الخ.
الكيلة اعملو بصحون الفلان ،لانها جي خفيفة و كثيرة .
