حكاية النسر

يُحكى أن نسراً كان يعيش في إحدى الجبال ويضع عشه على قمة إحدى الأشجار، وكان عش النسر يحتوي على 4 بيضات، ثم حدث أن هز زلزال عنيف الأرض فسقطت بيضة من عش النسر.

وتدحرجت إلى أن استقرت في قن للدجاج،

وظنت الدجاجات بأن عليها أن تحمي وتعتني ببيضة النسر هذه،
وتطوعت دجاجة كبيرة في السن للعناية بالبيضة إلى أن تفقس.


وفي أحد الأيام فقست البيضة
وخرج منها نسر صغير جميل، ولكن هذا النسر بدأ يتربى على أنه دجاجة، وأصبح يعرف أنه ليس إلا دجاجة،
وفي أحد الأيام وفيما كان يلعب في ساحة قن الدجاج شاهد مجموعة من النسور تحلق عالياً في السماء، تمنى هذا النسر
لو يستطيع التحليق عالياً مثل هؤلاء النسور، لكنه قوبل بضحكات الاستهزاء من الدجاج قائلين له: ما أنت سوى دجاجة ولن تستطيع التحليق عالياً مثل النسور، وبعدها توقف النسر عن حلم التحليق في الأعالي ، وآلمه اليأس ولم يلبث أن مات بعد أن عاش حياة طويلة مثل الدجاج ..



إنك إن ركنت إلى واقعك السلبي تصبح أسيراً وفقاً لما تؤمن به
فإذا كنت نسراً وتحلم لكي تحلق عالياً في سماء النجاح
فتابع أحلامك ولا تستمع لكلمات الدجاج (الخاذلين لطموحك ممن حولك !)
حيث أن القدرة والطاقة على تحقيق ذلك متواجدتين لديك بعد مشيئة الله سبحانه وتعالى .
واعلم بأن نظرتك الشخصية لذاتك وطموحك هما اللذان يحددان نجاحك من فشلك ! لذا فاسع أن تصقل نفسك ،

وأن ترفع من احترامك ونظرتك
لذاتك فهي السبيل لنجاحك ، ورافق من يقوي عزيمتك .. واعلم أن هذه الحياة ليست سوى رحلة -لها نهاية- فعمل في ما يرضي الله - بالتوفيق للجميع

...من هاته الاحرف اختاه الحمد لله على منه وانعامه وفضله ومن ثم شكرا لك لقد ولجت ميدان التنمية البشرية الحمد لله حررت افكار وان كنت قد ابتعدت عن ميدان الخواطر والشعر لكن انا الا بجمعية واتواصل مع خبراء ومدربين واساتذة استفدت كما حققت او ما تمنيت وهو ولوج هذا الميدان لقد توجهت باول فكرة الى مركز دار الحكمة بقسنطينة والتقيت المدربة*ام خبيب*هي مدربة تنمية بشرية لقد شجعتني على المواصلة وايضا انا اعد لفكرتين واحدة عن التخطيط والثانية عن استثمار الجهد...
