هوغو تشافيز يوصي باختيار سائق حافلة خلفاً له
ما أن أعلن عن وفاة الرئيس الفنزويلي هوغو تشافيز أمس الثلاثاء، حتى ظهر قادة الجيش الفنزويلي على الهواء مباشرة على شاشة التلفزيون الرسمي للبلاد، وأقسموا على الولاء لنائب الرئيس نيكولاس مادورو.

وأعلن وزير الدفاع دييغو موليرو تعهد القوات المسلحة الفنزويلية الثلاثاء باحترام الدستور ورغبة الرئيس هوغو تشافيز.

وقال موليرو، وإلى جانبه عدد من كبار ضباط الجيش: "إننا موحدون لإحترام والعمل على إحترام الدستور ورغبة زعيمنا هوغو رافاييل تشافيز فرياس".

نيكولاس مادورو الذي أوصى الرئيس الفنزويلي الراحل هوغو تشافيز باختياره خلفاً له، نقابي سابق في الخمسين من العمر عمل قبل ذلك سائق حافلة وهو من أشد المدافعين عن سياسة تشافيز ومعروف باعتداله وميله إلى المصالحة.

وكان تشافيز، الذي توفي عن 58 عاماً، طلب من الفنزويليين قبل مغادرته كراكاس انتخاب مادورو رئيساً لهم في حال أضطر إلى مغادرة السلطة، مؤكداً أنه "ثوري بالكامل" وأنه "رجل تجربة بالرغم من شبابه".

وقال هوغو تشافيز "إنه أحد القادة الشباب الذين يتمتعون بأفضل الكفاءات لقيادة البلاد".

فيما كان مادورو وزيراً للخارجية منذ 2006، عينه تشافيز نائباً له في أعقاب فوزه في الإنتخابات الرئاسية في أكتوبر.

وقد تولى في الماضي لفترة وجيزة رئاسة الجمعية الوطنية عام 2006 بعد انتخابه للمرة الأولى نائباً عام 1999 تحت راية حركة الجمهورية الخامسة التي أسسها تشافيز مع وصوله إلى السلطة.

وإلتقى الرجلان سابقاً في إطار الحركة الثورية البوليفارية التي أنشأها تشافيز كذلك.

كما بات هذا المسؤول، الذي ينتمي إلى الجناح المعتدل في تيار تشافيز، مألوفاً في اللقاءات الدولية منذ حل محل الرئيس المريض عدة مرات في إجتماعات قمة مختلفة.

ويركز محللون على نبرة المصالحة التي يعتمدها وقدرته الواسعة على التفاوض والتأثير.
