لقد قمت بتحضير وصفة لكن الا و هي الفلافل:8::8::8:
المقادير التي نحتاجها هي
4 خبزات لبنانية
للفلافل
250 غ حمص مشمخ
2\1 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة كيميائية
2\1 حبة بصل
معدنوس
كمون - ملح - فلفل احمر
بيضة
زيت للقلي
سلاطة

كريمة الجبن
200غ جبن
راس ثوم
قبضة نعناع
عصير نصف ليمون
1 طماطم

التحضير
نقوم بتحضير الفلافل
نخلط الحمص المفروم مع الخميرة و البيض
و المعدنوس الفروم و البصل المبشور و التوابل ثم نشكل كريات صغيرة و نقليها حتى يصبح لونها ذهبي
نخلط الجبن و عصير الليمون و الثوم المبشور و النعناع المفروم في وعاء صغير حتى نحصل على كريمة ناعمة
ادهني الخبز بالكريمة ثم نضيف السلاطة ثم الطماطم على شكل رقائق و اخيرا الفلافل
ثم نلف الخبز حول الحشو
تقدم فورا مع البطاطا المقلية
