لتحضير الكعكه الاسفنجيه -كعك الجينواز-:

7 بيضات
كأس سكر عادي
كأس فرينه-طحين-
نصف ملعقة صغيرة فانليا

طريقة التحضير:
نخفق البيض والفانيلا بالخلاط الكهربائي
مع إضافة قليل من السكر في كل مرة ..
حتى ينتفخ المزيج .
كيف تعرفين أن المزيج اكتمل وجهز قبل إضافة الطحين؟
نعرف ذلك بالخلاط بعد إطفائه نشكل بواسطة شوكتيه شكل أنفينيتي أو رقم 8
إذا حافظ الشكل على شكله .. تصبح جااهزة وإلا نستمر في الخفق،
الآن نضع الخلاط جانبا ونضيف الطحين بالملعقه العاديه
إلى المزيج ونخلط بواسطة ملعقه مسطحه .. يجب خلط المزيج
من أسفل إلى فوق .. حتى لا ينفد الهواء من المزيج وتفشل الكعكه الاسفنجيه
الآن انتهت الفرينه ..
نكون قبل كل هذا قد دهنا القالب بالزبده ورششنا عليه الفرينة
ثم نصب بهدووء عليه الخليط
ثم ندخل القالب إلى الفرن بدرجة حراره 180° لمدة 45 دقيقه
وحذاااارِ ثم حذار تفتحين الفرن

4 بيضات + 6 ملاعق فرينة + 6 ملاعق سكر + 1 خميرة كيميائية
