لنفكر معا في جدلية تدور في نفسي كثيرا , وفي الحقيقة هو طرح في غاية الجرأة وأتمنى على جميع المناقشين فيه أن لا يجعلو للشيء الشخصي أي محلٍ فيه .
لنرتقي إلى جميل الحوار وحضارية الكلام .

الطرح :
توقفت كثيرا عن الرواية المشهورة (لكل جارحة حظها من الزنا ....
ونتج عن التوقف عنوان الطرح الذي أضعه بمتناولكم
الحرف بين الزنا والإحصان

يشهد العصر الحاضر أعظم تقنيات الإتصال بين الناس والشعوب , والحضارت , جيث أصبحت سبل التواصل بين الناس في أقطار الأرض من السهولة بمكان كبير وبدون تكاليف باهظة .
ولد عن هذا التطور فكرة الإنترنت وتبادل المعلومات عبر الشبكات العنكبوتبة كما يحلو للبعض ان يسميها .
وقد نتج عن توفر هذه الخدمة فرصة للكثيرين للأحتكاك بأشخاص لم يعرفونهم من قبل , كما أتيح لآخرين أن يعبروا عن كوامنهم في مواقع عامة , بحيث تصبح في متناول أهل الأرض جميعا , وهذا أمر لو نظرنا له بشكل أيجابي فهو شيء أشبه بالمعاجز لو قيس بسبل التواصل القديمة قبل ثلاثمائة سنة فقط .
ومن هنا, ولأن التواصل أصبح بين الجنسين من الرجال والنساء المتزوجين وغيرهم , بحيث يكون بينهم شتى أنواع الكلام , وفي جميع المجالات الفكرية العلمية , والأدبية على وجه الخصوص , لأنها الأدب والفن ما هو إلا التعبير عن المشاعر التي تختلج في بواطن النفس الإنسانية .
لذا نشأ التساؤل التالي , هل من ضوابط للكلام بين الجنسين في هذه الحوارات , وهل من الممكن أن نصل لشيء يمكن أن نسميه زنا الحروف , إو إحصانها ؟؟؟
وسنضطرُّ لكي نصل إلى قناعة ما , إلى أن نغوص في مفردات هذه الأساليب من التواصل , والنقاش في الكثير من أدق تفاصيله , ومناقشة الحيثيات والظروف التي يكون من خلالها التواصل , كذا الطرق العامة كالمنتديات , أو الخاصة كالتشات , للننقح الفاصلة والحد الرفيع بين زنا الحرف وإحصانه , وهذا ما أتمنى من الجميع أن يساعدني فيه , لنخرج بالنتيجة المرجوة .

لم اسمع بمصطلح زنا الحرف إلا من صاحبة الموضوع ..
لست مفتيا ولا رجل دين .. ولكن ما دام الكلام لم يخرج عما لونته بالأحمر فلا اعتقد بحرمته وإلا كان المفتي الذي يفتي على المباشر زانيا بالحرف
أما إذا انحرف الكلام عن مقصده فذلك أمر آخر ولا يشك أحد في حرمته ..

هل من ضوابط للكلام بين الجنسين في هذه الحوارات ؟؟

منقول وبتصرف :
فإن كان هذا الحوار يدور بينهما وفق الضوابط الشرعية فلا حرج فيه شرعاً وهي:
1/ يكون الحوار دائراً حول إظهار حق، أو إبطال باطل.
2/ يكون من باب تعليم العلم وتعلمه: (فاسألوا أهل الذكر إن كنتم لا تعلمون) [الأنبياء: 7] وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم: "طلب العلم فريضة على كل مسلم" [صححه الألباني عن أنس وعلي وأبي سعيد رضي الله عنهم].
3/ أن لا يخرجا عن دائرة آداب الإسلام في استعمال الألفاظ واختيار التعابير غير المريبة أو المستكرهة الممقوتة كما هو شأن كثير من أهل الأهواء والشهوات.
4/ أن لا يكون الحوار مضراً بالإسلام والمسلمين، بل عوناً لهم، ليتعلموا دينهم عن طريق القنوات الجديدة فكما أن الكفار يصرفون أوقاتهم لنشر الباطل فإن المسلم يصرف كل جهوده في سبيل نشر الفضيلة والخير والصلاح.
5/ أن يكون بينهما ثقة بالنفس للوقوف عند ثبوت الحق لا يتجاوزه أحدهما انتصارا للنفس، فإن ذلك يؤدي إلى طمس الحقائق وركوب الهوى والعياذ بالله من شرور النفس الأمارة بالسوء.
6/ أن يكون الحوار عبر ساحات عامة يشارك فيها جمع من الناس، وليس حواراً خاصاً بين الرجل والمرأة لا يطلع عليه غيرهما، فإن هذا باب من أبواب الفتنة، فإذا توافر في الحوار هذه الأصول، وكان جارياً كما ذكر السائل من عدم الرؤية والخطاب المباشر، فلا حرج فيه، والأولى ترك ذلك وسد هذا الباب، لأنه قد يجر الإنسان إلى المحرم، فالشيطان يجري من ابن آدم مجرى الدم. والله أعلم.

وهل من الممكن أن نصل لشيء يمكن أن نسميه زنا الحروف , إو إحصانها ؟؟؟

يصنف الحوار في خانة المحرمات اذا تبادل الرجل والمرأة عبارات تثير أهوائهما
