ثلاثة طرق لتحضير شاربات بوفاريك

الليمون راه 40 دج للكيلو غرام والصيف على الابواب


يشهد فصل منافسة بين مختلف المنتوجات الغذائية وقد استطاعت السنة الماضية شاربات بوفاريك أن تلفت الانتباه، خاصة في شهر رمضان
وأن تزحزح مكانة أكبر المشروبات الغازية والعصائر المحلية والعالمية التي طالما تربعت على عرش المائدة الصيفية او الرمضانية.
استطاعت شربات بوفاريك أن تفرض نفسها وأن تكتسح الموائد في جميع البيوت،
مزاحمة أكبر المنتجات الوطنية والعالمية التي يكثر عليها الطلب في مثل هذه المناسبات،
خاصة مع الارتفاع في درجات الحرارة، الشاربات أو كما تداول اسمها لدى كل العاصميين ب"شربات بوفاريك"
تعد المشروب الأول في رمضان لدى اغلب العائلات الجزائرية وهناك من يهوى استخلاصها من المنبع
بالتنقل إلى بوفاريك المنطقة الأصل لجلبها من هناك ، فالشربات غالبا ما تعتمد على الليمون وماء الزهر والقرفة،


الطريقة الأولى
4 أو 5 من ثمرات الليمون
سكر
3 غرام ملح الليمون
بنزوات صودا
زجاجات محكمة الغلق

خطوات
01 اغسلى ثمار الليمون جيداً واعصريها وصفى العصير جيداً لاستبعاد البذور ويقدر وزنه، ثم خففي العصير
بإضافة ثلث وزنه من الماء
02 ضيفى إليه سكر بمقدار يعادل وزنه مرة ونصف المرة ويذاب السكر فيه على البارد،
03 ضيفى إليه ملح الليمون بمعدل 3 غرامات لكل كيلوغرام من السكر المستعمل وغرام واحد من بنزوات الصودا
لكل لتر من الشربات (العصير+ السكر)و قلبى المخلوط جيداً،
04 عبئى الشربات في زجاجات معقمة مع غطاءاتها بواسطة الماء المغلي ثم جففيها جيداً، ويعقم الشربات بعد تعبئته إذا كان للتجارة،
وذلك بغليان العبوات في الماء لمدة نصف ساعة عقب الملء مباشرة.



نصائح
يستحسن إذابة ملح الليمون والبنزوات في قليل من الماء الدافئ
ويمكن إذابة سكر في العصير على النار مباشرة أو إذابته في قليل من الماء على النار ثم إضافة العصير إليه مع باقي المواد المذكورة
بعيداً عن النار للمحافظة على لون العصير إذا رغبتى تحضير الشربات بالطريقة الساخنة أو نصف الساخنة.



الطريقة الثانية

8 - حبات ليمون
- 1 لتر ماء بارد
- 6 معالق حساء سكر
- قرصة قرفة
- 2 معالق قهوة ماء زهر .
كيفية التحضير :
قطعي الليمون ( كل حبة 8 قطع ) تم ميكسيه في الميكسور ( robo) وعندما يصبح مدشش
اسكبيهي في صحن كبير و زيديلو الماء تم صفيه في الصفاي الكبير تم ديري السكر
و القرفة و ماء الزهر فرغيه في قرورة بردي واشربي
الشاربات بالليمون الاصفر


الطريقة الثالثة

المقادير لتحضير 2 لتر منالشاربات :

500غ من الليمون الاصفر من النوع الي يحتوي على عصير كثير

250غ من السكر

كيس من سكر الفانيلا

ماء (حوالي لتر من الماء او لتر و نصف حسب ذوقك)

التحضير :

اغسلي الليمون جيدا ثم ثقطعيه الى مكعبات و ضعيه في الخلاط

ضعيفوقه مقدار السكر و كيس سكر الفانيلا

ثم كمية الماء كاملة

اغلقي الخلاط و امزجي الكل جيدا حتى يصير عندك عصيركثيف

عندما يكمل الخلاط في طحن الليمون و مزجه مع المقادير راح تتحصليعلى شراب شبه مكثف اذا كنتي ترغبي ان يكون خفيف
فزيدي مقدار الماء واذا كنتي انتكون حلاوته اكثر فزيدي مقدار السكر لكن انصحك بان لا تزيدي اكثر من اللازم
لان مفعول الشاربات هاته مخصصة حتى تسهل عملية الهضم
و كذا تنعش جسم اذا كان الشخص صائم خاصةهته السنة و رمضان الكريم جاء في فصل الصيف
و هذا العصير ينعش و ينشط جسمالصائم.

ضعيه في كؤوس مزينة بالسكر في الاعلى و على الجنب شريحة من الليمون

وباقي العصير حطيه في زجاجة محكمة الغطاء و حطيها في البراد

و ان تحتفظي بالشاربات مدة اسبوع كامل او اكثر.

يقدم مع بعض الثلج حتى يزيد من انتعاش الجسم

نكته في يوم من الايام وكان ذلك في شهر رمضان عرض عليا زوج اختي ان اخذه الى بوفاريك يقتني الشربات من عند شخص يدى" ابليس" مشهور في منطقة بوفاريك بصناعة الشربات واشتهر بهذا الاسم لتمكنه من تحضيرها بطريقته الخاصة حسب التركيبة التي لم يستطع احد فك شفرتها
بما انني لا اعرف مكان المحل تراني ابحث واسال على مكان وجود ابليس عليه النعلة الله مع احترامي الى البائع كما قال لي شيخ سألته في الطريق
وتخيلوا الموقف عندصحيت ههههههههههههههههه بعد الفطور.
