نصائح للتخلص من حساسية الربيع الموسمية

تظهر أعراض الحساسية مع بداية فصل الربيع ، وتزداد المعاناة مع الأشخاص المصابين بحساسية الربيع الموسمية، وهي رد فعل جهاز المناعة لمواد طبيعية في البيئة.
ان أعراض الحساسية تشبه أعراض الرشح، من نزول الدموع وسيلان الأنف والعطس المتكرر، ولكنها تستمر أكثر من عشرة أيام، من دون ارتفاع في الحرارة ، بالإضافة إلى بعض الأعراض الأخرى كفقدان حاسة الشم والتذوق ، ووجود هالات سوداء حول العينين ، ومدتها غير محددة فبمجرد أن تبدأ الحساسية عند الشخص، فأكثر الاحتمالات تؤكد أنها ستستمر لأعوام طويلة ، كلما تعرض الشخص لهذه المادة المحسسة ، كالغباروالحيوانات وحبوب اللقاح.
وعن علاج حساسية الربيع ، مع الأسف لا يوجد حتى الآن علاج فعال يقضي على سبب الحساسية تماماً ، ولكن لا يعني هذا الانعزال في المنزل ، بل يمكن للمصاب التمتع بحياة عادية، خالية من منغصات الحساسية.
فكل ما على الشخص المصاب بالحساسية فعله، هو الابتعاد عن مسبباتها أولا، ثم استخدام الأدوية التي تتحكم في أعراض الحساسية بعد استشارة الطبيب المختص .

نصائح عامة


1. تنظيف المنزل: التنظيف الشامل داخل البيت؛ حتى لا تتجمع كميات من الغبار، على النوافذ ورفوف الكتب والمكيفات، الأمر الذي يسبب الحساسية.
2. تفادي غبار الطلع: أغلق نوافذ بالبيت إذا ارتفعت نسبة غبار الطلع.
3. تقليل النشاط في الهواء الطلق في وقت ذروة تواجد غبار الطلع، أو يمكن استخدام الأقنعة.
4. كن مستعدا: تناول أدوية الحساسية على الأقل قبل 30 دقيقة من الخروج من المنزل، استشر اختصاصي الحساسية أو المناعة ليساعدك في اختيار الأدوية، وقم بأخذ المشورة الصيدلانية الكاملة، قبل استخدامك الأدوية من ناحية الأعراض الجانبية والتداخلات الدوائية والطريقة المثلى لاستخدام الدواء.
5. اغسل وجفف ثيابك بشكل جيد: غسل شراشف السرير أسبوعيا بالماء الحار وتجفيفها في الداخل، وذلك لأن الشراشف التي تنشر في الخارج، يمكن أن تجمع غبار الطلع.
6. اغتسل واغسل شعرك قبل الذهاب إلى السرير؛ كي تتم إزالة غبار الطلع، الذي تجمع على الجلد والشعر خلال النهار.
7. ابتعد عن الحيوانات الأليفة: أبعد الحيوانات الأليفة عن الأثاث وغرف النوم.
8. أثناء فصل الربيع يرتفع منسوب غبار الطلع، أبق نوافذ سيارتك مغلقة واستعمل التكييف.
أما العلاج الدوائي
استنشاق ماء مملح دافئ: "ربع ملعقة صغيرة من ملح الطعام، مذابة في كوب من الماء الدافئ"، هذا يساعد على طرد إفرازات الأنف.
2. مضاد الهستامين: يمكن استعمال مضاد الهستامين بصفة مستمرة أو متقطعة، حسب تعليمات الطبيب.
3. بخاخ الكورتيزون الأنفي: ويستعمل مرة أو مرتين في اليوم، حسب تعليمات الطبيب.
نصيحة إلى من يستخدمون الكورتيزون عن طريق الاستنشاق لعلاج الحساسية، فإن الغرغرة بالماء بعد الاستنشاق، تحمي من تكون الالتهابات الفطرية في الفم.
