''الجزائر مقبلة على فضائح تاريخية'':




صرح الخبير في الاقتصاد، الدكتور فارس مسدور، بأن السنة الحالية هي سنة ''فضائح وكوارث تاريخية، لأن نتانة الجرائم التي ارتكبت في حق الاقتصاد الوطني انفجرت بشكل لا يمكن تغطيتها، وما هو متداول الآن في الساحة الإعلامية حول فضائح سوناطراك ما هو إلا جزء من سلسلة فضائح أخرى ستطفو على السطح، الواحدة تلو الأخرى، والتالية أنتن من الأولى''.
وقال أستاذ الاقتصاد بجامعة البليدة، أول أمس، في منتدى صحافيي تيبازة، إن ''الوضعية الكارثية للاقتصاد الجزائري، القائم على الريع منذ عقود، يقوم على تناقضات رهيبة جدا، ونحن مقبلون على فضائح في مجال الفساد الاقتصادي لم تعرف الجزائر مثيلا لها من قبل''. وكل ذلك، حسب مسدور، بسبب ''فشل مشاريع الإصلاح الاقتصادي المعتمدة من طرف الحكومات منذ سنوات الثمانينيات، والتي بنيت على التلاعب بالمصطلحات وبالكذب الاقتصادي''، لأن هنالك ''إرادة لتعطيل مشروع المنظومة الاقتصادية الإلكترونية الموحدة التي من شأنها التحكم في متغيرات الاقتصاد''، حسب الدكتور.
وذكر الخبير في الاقتصاد الإسلامي أن معلومات موثوقة تحصل عليها أفادت بأن شركات بناء أجنبية ''اقتحمت السوق الوطنية باستثمار لا يتجاوز 5 ملايين دولار، حيث دخلت عن طريق وسطاء جزائريين فاسدين، فتمكنت من تحويل مبالغ تفوق 500 مليون دولار في ظرف سنتين فقط، وهنالك العشرات من الجرائم التي دمرت الاقتصاد الجزائري في مختلف القطاعات، والأشهر المقبلة كفيلة بكشف المستور، لأن كل طرف في السلطة يمسك بملف عن خصومه، والصحافة الوطنية على موعد مع ملفات فضائح القرن''.
وقال ضيف ''فوروم تيبازة'': ''حتى الآن ليس لدينا أي اقتصاد ينتج الثـروة، ونعتمد في المقام الأول تقريبا على قطاع النفط والغاز. وباستثناء المنتجات النفطية، فإن القيمة الحقيقية للصادرات خارج المحروقات لم تتجاوز 500 مليون دولار، خلافا للأرقام الرسمية التي تشير إلى 3 ملايير دولار''. ولهذا دعا إلى تخصيص احتياطيات الصرف الوطنية لتعزيز قطاعات النمو، مثل السياحة والبحث العلمي والخدمات الصحية والفلاحة، لتمكين الاقتصاد الوطني من التخلص من عقدة الريع.
