بيونغ يانغ تعلن خارطة الموت أي أهداف صواريخها النووية في الولايات المتحدة
أعلنت كوريا الشمالية خريطة الموت، أي أهداف صواريخها النووية في الولايات المتحدة، بدءًا بواشنطن وتكساس وهاواي، لكن التقارير والتحاليل تقول إن أوان الذعر لم يحن بعد، مستبعدة أي حرب بين الكوريتين.

مرت تهديدات كوريا الشمالية للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية كمزحة سمجة بعض الشيء، فيما يقول معظم الخبراء إن برنامج البلاد للأسلحة النووية يبدو سخيفًا بسبب تعليقات القادة وعدوانيتهم غير المنطقية.

الرئيس كيم جونغ أون، نجل وخليفة كيم جونغ إيل، وضع خريطته الخاصة للدمار النووي، فهدد الولايات المتحدة بتحويلها إلى غبار، لتأتي الاستجابة الأولية من الجنوب الغربي، لأن واحدًا من الأهداف على ما يبدو يقع بالقرب من أوستن، في تكساس.

وقال حاكم ولاية تكساس ريك بيري إن كوريا الشمالية تريد استهداف المدينة بسبب مناخها التجاري الممتاز، فكوريا الشمالية تعرف أن تكساس هي مدينة مهمة جدًا،"فالرؤساء التنفيذيون للشركات يتحركون هنا بأعداد قياسية".

لكن بالرغم من التهكم على كيم جونغ أون وشكله الفكاهي، قد يكون مفيدًا النظر إلى التهديدات بجدية أكثر، فالرئيس الشاب أعلن عن تهديد علني باستخدام الأسلحة النووية ضد أماكن محددة. والسؤال الحقيقي هو لماذا وأين؟.

أسهل مكان للبدء هو خارطة الموت. فالهدف الواضح فيها هو واشنطن، لا سيما أن عددًا كبيرًا من المسؤولين الكوريين الشماليين تحدثوا علنًا، وفي مناسبات عديدة، عن ضرب واشنطن.

الهدف الواضح الآخر هو هاواي، لأنها موطن قيادة الباسفيك الأمريكية في ميلي كاليكيماكا، إضافة إلى هدفين أقل وضوحًا في جنوب كاليفورنيا. التوقع الأكثر احتمالًا بالنسبة إلى الخبراء هو سان دييغو، المركز الرئيس لأسطول الولايات المتحدة في المحيط الهادئ، إلى جانب قاعدة فاندنبرغ للقوات الجوية.

إذا كان الهدف في ولاية تكساس، فإن أوستن ليست الاحتمال الأكثر ترجيحًا، بل سان أنطونيو القريبة، التي تسمّى أحيانًا سايبر سيتي، أي المدينة الالكترونية للولايات المتحدة الأميركية ومقر قاعدة لاكلاند الجوية.

وبالرغم من أنها تهدد باستخدام السلاح النووي، إلا أن كوريا الشمالية اشتكت كثيرًا في الآونة الأخيرة من هجمات إلكترونية، ما يثير القلق بشأن قدرتها على السيطرة على قواتها النووية.

تعكس هذه الأهداف المرجحة منطقًا معينًا، فكوريا الشمالية تستهدف القواعد والقيادة في واشنطن وهاواي، وكذلك المنشآت العسكرية الأميركية الرئيسة للعمليات البحرية في سان دييغو، أو الهجمات الإلكترونية في لوس أنجليس.

حتى اللحظة، لم تثبت كوريا الشمالية قدرتها على ضرب الولايات المتحدة بالسلاح النووي. لكن الخبراء يعتقدون أن البلاد تتجه نحو القدرة التشغيلية النووية، من دون أي تفاصيل واضحة في هذا السياق.

قد تكون كوريا الشمالية نشرت صواريخ kn-08 التي تم عرضها في احتفال حضره الرئيس الراحل كيم جونغ إيل في الربيع الماضي، أو قد تكون جالسة على صاروخ "أونها" المعد لأغراض عسكرية، لكن بالرغم من ذلك، يقول الخبراء إن كوريا الشمالية غير مستعدة لإطلاق الصواريخ الآن، وإن الوقت لم يحن للذعر.
